The founder, Nathorn Rakchana, started his business as a medicine shop and spice seller in his grandfather's generation. The design elements of the decoration branch include medicine jars, medicine boxes/bottles and stable colors. Inspired by old photos of his family’s traditional Chinese medicine factory, he collaborated with his friend Som to open a restaurant in the center of Bangkok. It was built from the warehouse of his grandfather’s factory. It was not long after the opening in 2013 that it became famous and owned by social media platforms.
