Hand-made Soba Towada Main Store: Made with local ingredients and spring water from Tokyo

I admit that I really love soba noodles more than ramen, so this hand-made soba Towada Honten (手打ちそば十和田) became the third soba shop I visited in the Kaminarimon area of Asakusa. What are the characteristics of this shop? Price?Let us introduce them one by one!

Asakusa Handmade Soba Towada Main Branch (手打ちそば Towada) dining experience.

I wandered around the Kaminarimon area with my sisters. I wanted to find a shop to eat and take a small break at noon. Although it was a normal day, many tourists went shopping here. I tried to look around in the alleys to see if it would be possible. There are surprises waiting for us.Around the corner, the chef was working hard to make noodles by rolling the noodle sticks. The white curtain on the door said "hand-made". Based on the curiosity of what kind of handmade soba noodles, he yelled at the sisters to enter the store and prepare to eat delicious food.

The shop seats are set up on the second floor and above, and the shop menus and introductions are posted on the wall. Hand-made soba noodles are made from soba and Iwate Ryusen-dong around Lake Towada, Aomori. The shop’s signature duck soba also uses Aomori’s duck. It can almost be said that ingredients from cities in the Northeast are used. After ordering, it takes about 15 minutes to serve the noodles. The noodles are chewy with soy sauce, tempura or my sister’s signature duck. It’s really appetizing for me. If you also like to eat soba, I will Recommend to come here for a taste.
