How to get to Sobu Mountain Park
The hotel I stayed at today is the Yokohama Royal Park Hotel, which is close to JR Sakuragicho Station, and the hotel is between the park and the station. If you walk all the way from the station to about 1 km, you can reach it by foot in 15 minutes. Mount Sobe was once owned by the feudal lord of Hikone (the Ii family), and his lord Ii Naosuke, after the Black Ship Incident in the United States, belonged to the founding and trading school. He believed that "only the founding of the country and the prosperity of the country are the way to survive in Japan", and strongly promoted the founding of the country. Policy, and then in recognition of the merits of implementing the founding policy, the bronze statue was set up in Hikone Castle and here. When Yokohama was opened for the 50th anniversary of the opening of the port, the bronze statue in Sobeyama Park directly faced Yokohama Port.

Reconstruction and recovery of Sabushan Park
In 1923, the Great Kanto Earthquake severely damaged Tokyo, Yokohama and other places. Mount Sabe became one of the places of refuge at that time. During World War II, the trees and metal bronze statues here were used as wartime supplies, and they were almost exhausted. , until it was rebuilt in the Showa era, more than 80 cherry blossoms were planted again. The original statue of Ii Naosuke was also re-completed on the 100th anniversary of the opening of the port. Finally, the Yokohama Noh Theater was completed and a stage was set up.
