The old-fashioned Chaozhou cold and hot ice is Wendy’s memory and old store from growing up, so I took us to have a taste of the old ice store. After all, a family of three likes to eat ice so much, how can I miss it?And there is a steamed bun shop nearby. Many local people lined up to buy it and bought it out of curiosity. It was really satisfying as a snack for afternoon tea of the day!
The old Chaozhou hot and cold ice is delicious!
There are two hot and cold ices at the entrance of Yuanhuan Road. It is unquestionable who is the founding store. However, some bloggers wrote that the origin of cold and hot ice was in the early years. Some customers felt that the sweet soup was too hot. Asked the store to cut the heat on the ice and gave it to the boss. Inspired to make a large portion of bingbing on top of the ingredients, it has gradually become a well-known snack, almost all of it and the introduction to the street Chaozhou Shao Lengbing (Alun Bing)
A serving of hot and cold ice is 50 yuan, and there are various beans, Q rounds and taro. The boss specially wrote on the wall "Don't stir, eat from the side up", in fact, it is because these ingredients are digging up. The taste is very special, but if you wait for a while, the ingredients will be iced and more delicious, and the taro will be left for the last taste. The sweet and glutinous taste becomes the biggest memory point.

🎞️Co-starring: Ah Ming’s Pork Buns
Amin meat buns originally started as a tricycle hawking along the street, insisting on hand-made and affordable prices. It has been in business for more than 40 years. There are currently three branches selling all hand-made products. We came to the main store, brightly decorated and lined up. Attracted me, Wendy wanted to eat too, so she bought taro steamed buns and signature egg yolk buns.
The hand-kneaded dough is really delicious and warmer than the machine. The aroma of taro particles is charming, and the egg yolk bun is also delicious. It is made of warm pork, green onion, and freshly beaten duck egg yolk. It didn’t take long to eat it all... I really miss it, the store also has a home delivery service. If you want to eat authentic handmade steamed buns and meat buns, you can go to the fan club or call to make a reservation. I want to come and go to the club to buy it together!
