The goal of this trip to Kyushu is to gain 5 kg! (Just kidding) It’s the ultimate interview trip that keeps eating and running all the way. We went from Ichiranyatai to Haolumi Coffee Shop to the Nakasuyatai District introduced in this article, in order to taste the popular local gourmet restaurants at once. , Let readers who travel to Kyushu for the first time know which stores are not to be missed, so remember to download the Kyushu travel guide e-book at the end of the article! Nakasuya Terrace is one of the places where Fukuoka’s food culture gathers. So many shops choose this "Maruju" because they provide Chinese menus, which is convenient for you to order in the future. Come with us to eat and drink!

While walking along the way, two friends told me that if I have the opportunity to travel to Fukuoka, I must arrange a visit to the terraces one night. The terraces are like our Taiwanese roadside stalls. They are a foraging place for the crowds and the main concentrated area of the terraces. In Tenjin Watanabe-dori, Showa-dori, along the Naka River in Nakasu District, and Cold Spring Park next to Kushida Shrine, etc. This time we are introducing the houses in the Nakasu District. After 7 o’clock in the afternoon, the lights of the stalls are lit up, and the fragrance of the craftsmanship of the owners is exuded. I want to taste it without screaming. As the time gets late, you will see it. There was a queuing crowd at the booth. Indeed, as described in other articles, quite a lot of office workers come to eat here, which is very interesting.

We are thinking about which stall to choose. A Japanese friend asked me what I like to eat.I just said "Mentaiko" without thinking about it. I was as lucky as me. Almost many stalls have mentaiko cuisine. Later, I fancy "Maruju" directly. The boss greeted me at the door and showed me the Chinese menu directly with my friends. After confirmation, it is decided!Inside the terrace, the cold wind outside (it’s a cold February winter when traveling), and there are hot and smokey oden in front of me. My friend helped me communicate with the chef and recommended a few hot dishes of Mentaiko, among which I’m my favorite. It is a mentaiko fried noodle (dry), and mentaiko tamagoyaki with mentaiko wrapped in an omelette. While tasting the food and feeling the atmosphere of Japanese people gathering on the terrace after get off work, the body and mind are warmed up.
