Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street gathers all kinds of delicacies, and the most competition should belong to the soup dumpling restaurant. We follow the trend of people to select stores, and we have a total of three restaurants. The first stop of our first visit to Shanghai is at Nanjing West Road Pedestrian Street, to the subway station 2. The number line is also close. You can even apply for UnionPay cards and phone cards in the business district, and you can also go shopping. It’s no problem to walk all the way to the Bund Bank.
More about Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street
This business district has a huge scope, including various squares and shopping centers on Nanjing East Road, Yongan Department Store on Nanjing West Road and various snacks and shops. It is also very bustling at night. Shanghai people come and go at night in winter, and we run some scenic spots during the day. When returning to the hotel in the evening, I will go to the restaurants in this area to eat. The warm soup and porridge warm up the body, and the taste of the food is also retained in the memory.

October Hongyan Noodle House
October Hongyan Noodle Restaurant is a new franchise restaurant in Shanghai. It mainly serves yellow croaker noodles, scallion noodles, casserole wontons, tonkatsu and other meals. It uses buffet ordering and picking methods. The store decoration is quite refreshing. Enjoy it here. We arrived The first meal in Shanghai, the wonton portion is large, the soup of yellow croaker meat and fish skin is also impressive, the Chinese hot and sour taste is both appetizing and meal, very recommended!
Old Shengchang Soup Bao
Laoshengchang Soup Bao is a franchise restaurant in Shanghai. Its signature is the famous soup Bao in Shanghai. It also sells soup noodles, fried rice, wontons, rice noodles and casseroles. It is an upgraded version of traditional Shanghai restaurants, similar to McDonald’s numbered set meals. The Nanjing Road store is located on the second floor. We only wanted to pack the buns at the entrance of the arcade and return to the hotel. We only walked to the wide dining area on the second floor when the staff reminded us. The restaurant sells freshly steamed meals in the arcade, attracting customers with fragrance. It is quite clever to make up for the shortcomings of the restaurant on the second floor.
Dingzheng Old Shanghai Tang Bao Restaurant
Dingzheng Lao Shanghai Tang Bao Guan is located on Fujian Middle Road, close to the bustling downtown of Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. The location is convenient and the business is good. Next to it is Lin Ji Lao Shanghai Wonton Shop, which shares the dining area with the two stores. The main menu is the thin and juicy Xiaolong Tangbao. There are also various kinds of dishes such as soup noodles, fried rice, porridge, and quick-fried set meals. You can also order the wonton and soup noodles next door, which is a good place to come here. Order a cage of Xiaolongbao with various staple foods, especially porridge products suitable for children who enter non-staple foods. The only drawback is that there is no child seat.
Conclusion
When I visited Shanghai, the small hamburger entered the non-staple food stage when he was just one year old. Although he was preparing to travel with milk powder, he still hopes to continue to eat with the adults and maintain his food preferences. Therefore, some are worried about whether the taste of Shanghai cuisine can meet the light needs of children. Unexpectedly, the restaurants on the pedestrian street have a wide range of choices, and all kinds of meals retain their characteristics, but they are not too greasy. Therefore, if you plan to bring your children to Shanghai, you may wish to choose to stay and eat here.
