About Hongdae Art Freemarket (홍대프리마켓/ Hongdae Art Freemarket)
It has been 2002 years since this market was opened to the public in June 6. Except for the winter (December to February) suspension of services, there will be various stalls and performances every Saturday. The most of the students’ works are hand-painted portraits, followed by various themed paintings and postcards. My younger sister and I bought a lot of them to commemorate them.

First experience of hand-painted portraits in Hongdae Free Market
At the end of last year, a group from Shanghai helped Little Hamburg to make a souvenir by "cutting a small portrait". He felt that it was an interesting and worth collecting way to help him record his growth in an artistic way when traveling, so I went to Hongdae Free Market. Seeing different hand-painted styles, I picked a booth with a light painting style and sat down, only to realize...the younger sister in front of me is so beautiful!
Mom, I was holding a small hamburger, but he looked at each other shyly. This kid especially likes girls with long hair. I can only say that my mom helped you choose the right booth. My sister draws very fast. I must know that the child does not have much patience. The outlines, features, and costumes are completed one by one. Then we use a small fan to speed up the drying of the paint, and we have a hand-drawn portrait of Little Hamburger.
Other arts, hand-made goods and performances
We really like this market. There are a lot of bags, accessories, and all kinds of small things on display. I photographed some stalls and interesting goods for everyone to see; and there is a stall my sister has been watching for a long time, which is a variety of hand-painted cat pictures and postcards. , Can accept customer orders for hand-painted cats, you need to contact in advance to make an appointment to facilitate the pick-up at the booth on the same day, interested readers can refer to it.
Conclusion
This market is not big to say, but for those who like hand-made goods, they can go shopping for about 2 to 3 hours. Coupled with the influx of people on weekends, the Hongdae business district is super lively and easy to buy. If you can't finish it all night, Anya suggests that you might as well arrange a Saturday to go shopping here, and then stay in a hotel near the Hongdae business district. It is most convenient to walk back to the hotel after shopping.
