When coming to Bangkok for a self-guided trip, we recommend that you vacate one of the itineraries in the afternoon, choose a style or a popular restaurant to sit down and enjoy the afternoon tea time. Part of the Thai food and life is affected by Westernization, coupled with the increasing number of foreign tourists in the afternoon. Tea Time extends from a five-star hotel to a variety of independent shops, which constitutes a very charming and interesting dynamic. Therefore, the competition of various desserts and tea products is a test of the craftsmanship of the masters.
Our original plan was to choose a good coffee shop to rest and eat desserts after shopping all the way, the eldest sister said directly that we should go to the Naraya Tea Room!There are no customers in the whole shop to sit down to dine, and there are no reservations in the high-height boxes. Ask the service staff if they can choose to dine in the box. After confirming that there is no problem, bring the small hamburgers and family members into the room, and carefully watch the meals on the menu , I chose a few of them to eat, but I didn’t expect... Somewhat disappointed.
The desserts served on the table one after another, hurry up and taste them while they are still hot, take a few angles and send them back to the eldest sister and mother. She personally loves the mango sticky rice chosen by her, and she said that there is no place in Taiwan. You have to come to Thailand to eat it! (Mom~ you are poisoned by travel in Thailand) And the "honey toast" chosen by the elder sister is baked softly, with sauces and fruits on the side, you will think that the old brand dessert shop After You is even better.
As for the strawberry pancakes I chose..., it's like pouring strawberry jam and condensed milk indiscriminately. The sweet and greasy taste makes people still don't want to think about it anymore. Even Ant-Man can't take it anymore.However, the biggest highlight of Naraya Tea Room is the tea. Not only is the tea set exquisite and attentive, the fragrance of tea overflows and the taste of the mouth is sweet, which masks my disappointment with desserts. I would like to buy some tea bags next time I have a chance to visit. Back to Taiwan, the store still needs to work harder on desserts.
