Dining experience of Busan Wufu Ginseng Chicken Soup
The shop has a square layout and is divided into two areas for dining. Most of the locals come here to dine in the afternoon. After Azhu’s mother gave us a Chinese menu, she hurriedly went in and out to serve all kinds of hot food to the guests. There are three types of ginseng chicken soup: abalone, red ginseng and Chinese medicine. Considering the life of a small burger, I hurried back to Zhang Luo for a nap, so I chose Chinese medicine ginseng chicken soup, abalone porridge and seafood pancakes.
The century-old native ginseng chicken soup in Bukchon, Seoul left a good impression. The chicken body is stewed with ginseng and glutinous rice. The rich soup is super delicious!Therefore, there is the same concept for Wufu Ginseng Chicken Soup, but after tasting it does not match the impression, the taste of ginseng is hardly tasted, and it is a bit disappointing.But this part is understandable. After all, Taiwanese snacks are very different from the north to the south, but we still like the more delicate and strong taste.
In addition, abalone porridge and seafood pancake, the former porridge is stewed and soft and easy to eat.
