Driving from Tak Province to another province in northern Thailand: Lampang, the distance between the two is about 2 hours. The most special thing about this city is that the horse-drawn carriage is a common means of transportation in the city, so it is called the "horse-drawn carriage city".For the first time to visit this city, there is no such bustling and lively Bangkok, and it is not like the big city and Sukhothai with a strong historical atmosphere. It is a unique cultural customs and development, plus it has been occupied by Myanmar for two centuries. For a long time, even the temple buildings are full of Burmese color.
I have always been used to renting a motorcycle when I am traveling on my own, and I can walk around slowly, stop and go, and explore some different aspects of the city. However, it is the first time to ride a horse-drawn carriage in Thailand to tour the city! After we visited the temple, five horse-drawn carriages came to us one after another. Each horse was gentle and small, carrying a two-seater body. Originally, Blue and I chose a white horse with a larger body. Some, but later let him give to Dafang, I believe that horse is more suitable for him. XD (generous ~ don't hit me when you see ~ hahahaha)
After the carriage hit the road, it started running regularly on the asphalt road. I'm not sure if they have horseshoes under their feet. Every time they stepped on, they squeaked, squeaked, and the coachman used a bell to signal to stop and slow. Really Very strange feeling. When we boarded a train, we greeted foreign passengers who were also in the carriage, and we also swayed in the carriage for filming work. So we recorded the scenery along the way while riding in the carriage. Wendy helped me edit the video and asked me "the movie’s The point is...?". ㄜ~ Dear viewers, I want to talk about the feeling of patting and riding, and when riding a carriage in Lampang, he will take us through the alleys, which is quite annoying.
The tour guide said that because every horse is the private property of the coachman, it should be taken care of. I think it should not be as hurt as raising an elephant. Elephants are really good at eating, and horses should be better.Everyone will ask: "How much does it cost to take a horse-drawn carriage tour of the city?" I checked it on the Internet (in fact, Eureka also asked the tour guide at the moment...well, I forgot the number). The Taiwanese travel agency marked the cost as "250 baht (THB) ) / Person", that is, a car can take 500 baht for two people for 30 minutes. It’s about the same number as I remember~ I don’t think it’s very expensive. Finally, because Lampang is not far from Chiang Mai, about 1 hour and 20 minutes, the climate in northern Thailand is cool and comfortable. Therefore, if there are arrangements to visit northern Thailand, I think I can arrange a day to visit Lampang. Oh!
PS I'm very clueless and can't remember those time points, so I will take a picture when I start and leave, and then I will know how long the two places have been between the two places through the shooting time of each photo, ha~ for your reference. ^0^
▲ The horse photographed before lunch~ Very well-behaved, eating his Chinese food silently.
▲ Even motorcycles have to be courteous to us. XD
▲ There is no sign of flooding here in Lampang!
▲ The mosque in the city.
▲ The unique "stalwart house" in Lampang. (Snake-proof, ventilated, waterproof ^^)
▲ Fortunately, this journey is accompanied by Blue!
▲ The line is low, this is our team ~ very impressive.
▲ Very beautiful Lampang river bank scenery.
▲ Finally, Blue and I were still talking in the car
"It's like in Sex and the City, Mr. Big asked the coachman in Central Park to take Kelly to the hospital and drive in downtown New York." That kind of Fu~
