WeBase opened Emblem Hostel (now closed) in Nishi-Arai, Tokyo in 2015, which became the concept store that inspired the WeBase brand spirit. In September 2016, the first WeBase brand store opened in Kamakura. Subsequently, it expanded to Hakata, Kyoto, Takamatsu, Hiroshima and other places, and quickly became a large youth hostel brand in Japan. WeBase Hiroshima grandly opened on October 11, 2019. The hotel has a total of 108 rooms, offering double rooms and four-person dormitories with private spaces, as well as single backpacker beds for men and women. The hotel features a spacious lounge guarded by a space cat, charging sockets for every seat, a shared kitchen, a self-service luggage room, and a self-service laundry room. It is located next to the bustling Hondori shopping street in Hiroshima.

WeBase Takamatsu opened on December 1, 2018, as WeBase's first location combining a youth hostel and a business hotel. It underwent a complete renovation and reopened in 2021, reducing the number of rooms from 256 to 205, offering more comfortable double rooms. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with self-cooked udon noodles, and the service counter employs staff who speak six languages. It is located in the Marugamecho shopping street.

WeBase Kyoto opened grandly on October 27, 2018, and reopened in 2023 after a complete renovation. It offers 50 guest rooms, including standard double rooms, family rooms for four people, and economy double rooms with bunk beds. There are also affordable mixed dormitories for six people.
