Its main selling point is that each room features a private Jacuzzi, and the spacious rooms are suitable for groups of 3-6 people. The main drawbacks are infrequent daily cleaning, somewhat casual housekeeping practices, poor soundproofing and lighting control, and the need to rely on messaging apps for customer service. Overall, it's suitable for those who value in-room Jacuzzi facilities and large groups, but less ideal for those seeking full hotel-style service and a quiet sleep.
- Service features and brand characteristics: The counter is so small it's like a shared apartment, but it's surprisingly reliable in handling emergencies!The counter space is extremely small, with no lobby or waiting area. Luggage can only be left at the counter, and check-in is only available from 3 PM. After 3 AM, the counter even closes, requiring a password for entry and exit. Multilingual service is a plus; both English and Chinese are spoken. In case of emergencies such as lost phones or needing someone to call a taxi for you, the front desk responds quickly and patiently, proactively assisting until the end and continuously tracking the results. However, daily communication relies heavily on messaging apps, and messages are often read but not replied to, or requests are only partially fulfilled. Requests for massage treatments or taxi calls occasionally go unanswered.
