The Library Drink Gallery is the restaurant attached to the hotel The Library Hotel Koh Samui. It takes the Thai Fusion cuisine route. From appetizers and main dishes to desserts, drinks and cocktails, nothing tastes bad!However, the matter of "eating" is very subjective. The hotel The Library Hotel Koh Samui was introduced before. It was officially opened on Koh Samui in 2007. It was jointly developed by the owner Kasemtham Sornsong and the designer Tirawan Songsawat, hoping to open up a hotel with a different style on Koh Samui, with such a minimalist decoration. The design uses white, red and black as the main body, supplemented by blue sky, green space, and green plants. Therefore, The Library Drink Gallery also continues the main design concept, using red and black tones with high-rise spaces and gorgeous lighting to capture the attention.
As most European and American travelers on Koh Samui, the service staff and managers in the store can speak fluent English, and the Menu presented is also in a minimalist style.
