Comprehensive review: SOTA SUITE Busan Seomyeon actual accommodation review

SOTA SUITE Busan Seomyeon is an apartment-style hotel located in Seomyeon, Busan. It offers modern facilities and spacious rooms. The rooms are equipped with full kitchen facilities, large refrigerators and ample storage space. There is a free gym and yoga studio on the 29th floor. It is located between Seomyeon Station and Beomnaegok Station. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around. The disadvantage is that you have to walk a distance to take the subway. Overall, it is suitable for family travelers who value space and facilities, and is also recommended for people who are familiar with self-service systems.

  • Service features and brand characteristics: Technological management to create a contactless accommodation experience! The hotel uses a fully digital management system and provides contactless check-in and check-out services. The room password can be obtained through SMS, and the door lock supports password or mobile phone unlocking function. The hotel also has a service counter with real people on duty to provide assistance, but it is more like a service desk in a business building rather than a traditional hotel counter. The staff is generally friendly and can be contacted at any time through the chat system. The response speed is fast and the service is considerate. However, room cleaning needs to be booked one night in advance, and breakfast service is not provided on Mondays. You need to pay attention to details when checking in.
  • Room selection and equipment features: Family-style suites provide complete living functions! The main design is family-style suites, with spacious rooms, complete kitchen facilities, large refrigerators, and washing machines. The indoor bathroom design is dry and wet separated, with stable water pressure, sufficient hot water supply, and a bidet. The room has a separate small living room space, suitable for quiet reading or coffee. There is enough storage space, and the shoe cabinet and wardrobe have enough capacity. The bed is comfortable, the bedding is soft and fluffy, and the sound insulation effect is better than expected. The disadvantage is that the new decoration smells heavier at the beginning of the opening. Although there is a washing machine, no detergent is provided, and there is no drying function.
  • Dining space and public facilities: Free breakfast will be provided during the initial opening period, and the rooftop gym has a first-class view! The hotel provided free breakfast service at the beginning of its opening, but the meals were limited to the light food level of a business hotel. It should be noted that breakfast service is not provided on Mondays, and guests need to arrange their own meals. There is a free gym and yoga room on the 29th floor. Although the equipment is limited, the view is excellent, overlooking the city of Busan. The environment is clean and tidy, and there is a water dispenser for easy use, which is also a highly recommended facility. Overall, although there are not many public facilities, the quality is good, especially the view of the gym adds a lot of points.
  • Transportation and surroundings: Between Seomyeon Station and Beomnaegok Station, conveniently located but requires walking! The hotel is located between Seomyeon Station and Beomnaegok Station. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to both stations. It may be a little inconvenient for passengers with large luggage, but it is too close to take a taxi. The VIPS restaurant is on the 3rd floor of the hotel. There are 2-3 convenience stores, Olive Young, many restaurants and coffee streets nearby, which are very convenient for shopping and dining. The taxi fare to Busan Airport is about NT$600, which is quite cost-effective when there are many people. Although the hotel is not close to the subway station, the surrounding environment is lively and convenient.
