I stayed at this hotel because of a business trip. Since I arrived early, I asked the front desk staff to help me store my luggage and that I would check in later. The staff were very efficient and attentive. After check-in, like other Japanese hotels, toiletries and personal care products are available behind the counter, but I didn't see any. However, there were plenty of tea bags and drip coffee (some even offered decaffeinated options) for guests to choose from. The massage chair in the room was quite comfortable, but the leg massage was a bit too intense, leaving some bruises the next day 😅. Otherwise, it was great. The only downside was the small shower area. If you prefer a leisurely shower or a soak, I wouldn't recommend the standard room type; you might want to look for other room types to suit your needs.
