Core Global Management (CGM) launched the QUINTESSA brand, which can also be transliterated as QUINTESSA or QUINTESSA. It focuses on chain business hotel positioning, assists property owners across Japan, and provides hotel brand consulting and management services. In 2015, it launched the first QUINTESSA brand hotel in Sapporo, and later expanded to Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka and other places.
QUINTESSA provides hotel design and operation services for each brand's existing buildings. Each base has its own unique characteristics. The Comic&Books Hotel Osaka Umeda will open on December 23, 2025. The hotel has 134 double and twin rooms, mainly small rooms suitable for solo travelers. It houses a manga library with 10,000 manga works. The hotel is located in the north area of Osaka Umeda Station, with 7-Eleven and Lawson convenience stores on both sides. Quintessa Hotel Hiroshima Kanayamacho

The Quintessa Hiroshima Ginzancho Hotel opened on August 16, 2025. Formerly known as VIA INN Hiroshima Ginzancho, it marks the first Quintessa brand location in China. It retains the original 156 guest rooms, which are not very spacious and have limited public facilities. The hotel features only a yakiniku (grilled beef) restaurant. It is a 2-minute walk from Ginzancho Station on the Hiroshima streetcar and also offers easy access to the Hatchobori shopping district.

The Fukuoka Watanabe-dori Quintessa Hotel, formerly known as Hakata Sunshine Hotel Hinanosen, will open on October 1, 2025. Quintessa Fukuoka Tenjin opened on February 2021, 2. It is part of the Quintessa chain brand under Cole Global Hotel Management Group.
