The accommodation is very close to ASEAN Square and the train station. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station with luggage. The area is quiet in the evenings, and some shops stay open until 9 pm. The lighting is good, so it's not too dark, making it a safe choice for female travelers. The staff are also very friendly. I didn't use the lobby this time, but I saw many people using computers there, like in a coffee shop. The room is a bit small, lacks a table, and has few power outlets. For business travelers, it might not be ideal for two people to work together, but it's sufficient for one night, or you can use the lobby seating. There's even a thoughtful little phone pouch by the bed! The overall style is playful and beautiful, and the room's decor is very pleasant. Breakfast is quite generous for the price and service, with a wide selection: Chinese rice and soup, Western toast, and even white and whole wheat toast. They even had a radish soup in the morning, supposedly a kind of oden, with plenty of ingredients, showing attention to detail. However, there's a slight lack of seating; I'm unsure if it will be crowded on weekends.
The first floor is the meeting area, and B1 is for breakfast and the counter. The underground parking is mechanical; if your car is tall, you can park in the back, allowing two cars to park in front and behind. If you need to leave, you'll have to move your car. Parking is best if there's a space available, but moving is fine. B1 has a lounge and dining area offering simple drinks, popcorn, and instant noodles from 10 PM to 11 PM. Board games are also available for loan. There's a rooftop garden. It's beautiful. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. It's semi-self-service; you collect your own dishes. The wardrobe/safe has a mirror in front of it, reflecting the head of the bed, which might be startling if you just wake up. The bathroom sink is a bit high for a six-year-old; there's no stool, making brushing teeth inconvenient and wetting the floor. The restroom next to the counter has steps, but the floor is the same color, and despite signs, it's still easy to twist an ankle.

I checked into room 812 on January 6th, 2015. The next morning, I encountered a tall, slender female staff member on my way out, and the scene I witnessed when I returned inspired me to write this review. I told her I only needed more toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels, and that she should collect the trash; the towels for recycling were placed by the bed near the door. When I returned, she not only perfectly carried out these tasks, but also vacuumed the floor, straightened the bed, and even noticed the broken tape in the bathroom! Polite, friendly, professional, and diligent—a superb employee! 👍
Nestled in a quiet alleyway, the hotel is close to several well-known eateries. Free bicycle rentals are available for guests to use at these establishments. Parking is available across the street, but spaces are limited and may be full on holidays. The hotel's exterior resembles a typical business hotel, but its color scheme, dominated by gray accents with vibrant contrasting colors like orange, adds a touch of liveliness. The lobby and rooms follow this theme. Despite its small size, the lobby features a popcorn machine for guests. Next to the lobby is a large lounge area, designed like a living room, perfect for watching movies or playing games. Behind the lounge is the restaurant, equipped with a coffee machine and microwave. Complimentary instant noodles are provided after 10 PM, and breakfast is also served there. A rooftop lounge area offers a space for family and friends to stargaze and chat, demonstrating a considerable effort to create a resort-like atmosphere. The room was a good size, with two single beds pushed together. It was large and comfortable. The toiletries were from Olay, and the shower was overhead, with strong water pressure and quick heating, making for a very comfortable shower. There was no wardrobe, just a horizontal rod with a few clothes hangers on the wall near the door. Overall, the room facilities were very basic, but some cracked paint on the ceiling and walls was a bit unsightly. The breakfast buffet had a limited selection and was rather ordinary. If there weren't many guests that day, they would switch to a set menu, so don't expect too much. They often offer combo tickets to Ocean Park, which is somewhat recommended for budget travelers.
