We stayed in the fifth room type, the Family Junior Suite. Since we planned our stay quite early, we took advantage of the early bird discount (but the reservation was non-refundable), and the price was only NT$2,700 per night (tax included, breakfast not included). According to the conditions set by my family, it was perfectly acceptable! Some members on the booking website have complained about the service of the front desk staff. However, when we checked in, we didn't find anything wrong with it. Although we had to carry our own luggage to the room, it was fine. Perhaps it's because we're used to not having this kind of service when traveling in Japan. Plus, considering the price, we didn't need to be too demanding about "service".
The family junior suite is a three-person room, with one living room, one kitchen, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. There is a washing machine on the balcony for guests to wash clothes. The complete apartment accommodation function is very suitable for parents and children and those who take the elders out.The kitchen is equipped with cooking equipment and tableware, and the refrigerator is also two-door. Sometimes it is very convenient to buy some food from the night market or supermarket to store or cook.The bedrooms are each with a double bed and a single bed, and there are two bathrooms. Frankly speaking... this makes me feel relieved because my family’s sleeping habits are different. I’m afraid they sleep in the same room. fight!
From its opening in 2016 to the arrival of guests in February 2017, the facilities should have been fully functional. My older sister mentioned that several rooms on the same floor were under renovation, and the construction noise was very loud in the mornings, affecting her sleep. I wanted to clarify this with readers beforehand; please remember to specify this to the hotel before booking, or mention it to the front desk upon check-in. Finally, the Excellent Apartment Hotel itself does not provide breakfast. You can do what we did: buy breakfast from a bakery or night market the night before and have it in your room the next morning, saving you the expense of an expensive breakfast!
