- Opened in 2001, it is the first official partner hotel of Universal Studios Osaka. It is positioned as a mid-level business hotel type. It will be completely renovated and renamed in January 2022.
- There are 5 rooms on the 20th to 330th floors, using earthy colors and black-framed furniture. Some room types are equipped with sofa beds, which can accommodate three or four people.
