HULIC Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel Club Resort, which opened in March 2007, will officially open on October 1, 2025. It was rebranded as Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama in 2020 and underwent renovations. All guest rooms were fully renovated by 2023.

HULIC Maihama Grand View Hotel is a newly renovated 12-story building with 709 guest rooms and suites on floors 4-12. The rooms are divided into three types according to the floor height: Garden, Rainbow, and Grand View, each with a different main color scheme such as emerald green, orange, and purple. The rooms are decorated in a colorful and lovely style, with rounded tables and chairs or sofas. Most twin rooms can be equipped with extra beds to accommodate 3-4 people, and there are also Japanese and Western style rooms and family rooms that can accommodate 4-5 people. The higher floors have specially designed suites with large spaces.
The guest rooms at HULIC Maihama Grand View Hotel underwent a complete renovation starting in 2020 and were fully completed and reopened to guests in 2023. Floors 11 and 12 are designated as executive floors, and guests can enjoy complimentary access to the NIKKO LOUNGE Lounge on the 12th floor rooftop, where a variety of beverages are served complimentaryly from 07:00 to 22:00. Different snacks and refreshments are also available at different times. Guests can enjoy panoramic ocean views while savoring various snacks and drinks. In-room massage services are also available by reservation, which is quite convenient.
I stayed in the newly renovated Bay View Deluxe Room on the 11th floor in March 2023. It featured a separate toilet area by the door, a shower in the bathroom, and a separate bathtub facing the sea. I highly recommend taking a relaxing bath in the morning or afternoon while enjoying the beautiful Tokyo Bay view. The TV wall in front of the bed had a projector with cute images to soothe children and help them fall asleep, not playing exciting movies – a very thoughtful touch. Ice makers and vending machines are available on all guest room floors.
HULIC Maihama Grand View Hotel is an officially recognized hotel. Guests can have their luggage delivered to the hotel free of charge from JR Maihama Station. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the Disney Resort Line station and guarantees park admission. There are several Disney-themed gift shops, flower shops and courier stations on the 3rd floor. You can exchange park passports, purchase park tickets and Disney merchandise directly in the hotel. The hotel's restaurants and executive lounges have panoramic views of Tokyo Bay, and on a clear day, you can even see Mount Fuji in the distance.
Le Jardin offers a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of dishes, and also provides live cooking services. However, it is always crowded during mealtimes, and we had to queue to get in since we were late. Fortunately, the wait time was not too long. Wendy really loved the view and food in the rooftop executive lounge, so after breakfast, we went to the executive lounge to eat and drink. Unless you are a deluxe floor guest who particularly enjoys the super-rich buffet breakfast, I suggest you go to the executive lounge to enjoy a leisurely breakfast time.

HULIC Maihama Grand View Hotel is located in Maihama Ward, where the Tokyo Disney Resort is located. The hotel is 300 meters away from the seaside station of the Disney Resort Line. The hotel has a scenic view overlooking Tokyo Bay, which is not only super convenient for visiting Tokyo Disneyland, but there is also a Limousine Bus stop right outside the hotel. You can take a bus directly to and from the airport from the hotel. There are also 319 parking spaces on site.
HULIC Maihama Grand View Hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from Maihama Station, with approximately 2-3 buses per hour. You can take the bus from the bus stop in front of Maihama Station directly to the hotel's first-floor entrance. Since 2021, it has been gradually launching newly renovated guest rooms and restaurants with colorful and vibrant designs. The rooms offer expansive views overlooking Tokyo Bay or the Disneyland, and the hotel enjoys the convenience of being located within the Disneyland resort area. Furthermore, the Likizu Bus runs directly to the hotel entrance, making it quick and convenient to travel to and from the airport.
- The hotel has set up a counter directly at Maihama Station. Guests can leave their luggage first and then go directly to the park. The hotel will bring the luggage back to the hotel, and then return to the hotel to check in after playing.
- There is a free shuttle bus next to Maihama Station, so you don’t need to squeeze into the station with a sea of people to go home. Many cars have Mickey-shaped designs inside and outside, which are super cute.
