Lub d Bangkok Chinatown Pavilion is decorated with colorful murals depicting Chinatown. It has a multi-functional social space that can also be used as a shared workspace. There is a merchandise sales area next to it, which also sells a variety of drinks and snacks. Considering the lack of convenience stores nearby, this is quite practical.

Narai Hospitality Group is a family-run hotel business in Thailand. Overall Review: Lub d Bangkok Chinatown Accommodation Review

  • The hotel itself has a warm atmosphere and is in a great location, close to Chinatown, with many food stalls within walking distance, and the subway station is right in front of the building, making it easy to get to the city center
  • The rooms are well equipped, modern, new and clean, the bathroom is a bit small, the bed is big and comfortable, but the rooms near the road are a bit noisy, the noise is indeed a problem

"I stayed in a double room for two nights during my trip to Bangkok. I loved the hotel's bright and lovely design, and the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Even though I'm a poor sleeper, I didn't want to get out of bed. It was a great value for money. The only minor drawback was that there was construction on the road next to the hotel, which was quite noisy. I was worried about it affecting my sleep the first night, but the hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs, which I didn't need and slept well. Another great thing was the location; it's super close to Sam Yot station on the Blue Line. If you enjoy walking, you can easily walk to Chinatown, Song Wat Rd, and Wat Saket (Golden Mount Temple). Near Wat Saket, you can take a boat from Panfa Leelard Pier to connect to other attractions, which is cheap and avoids traffic jams. I especially recommend Ong Ang Canal next to the hotel; it's a less-traveled spot. Walking along the river, you can see many interesting local scenes, unique cafes, and graffiti. Compared to the skyscrapers of the city center, staying here allows you to experience Bangkok's historical charm and slower pace of life."

"One of the cleanest and most spacious hotels, offering both dormitory beds and entire rooms; I stayed in a dormitory room this time. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and there were many spacious common areas to relax in, complete with a long table and TV. The location is also very convenient, just a 1-minute walk to Sam Yot MRT station and about a 15-minute walk to Chinatown. The downsides are: there's a construction site in front of the hotel, so it's a bit noisy during the day, and at night it gets very noisy due to the main road (earplugs are a must). The nearest convenience store is about a 10-minute walk away. Definitely worth staying here again! Also, I must especially praise the front desk staff; they were very friendly and patiently answered all my questions, making me feel right at home. The service was impressive."

"It's just across the street from the MRT station. The staff are very friendly, and there's always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but the shower is a bit small. There are self-service laundry and dryers in the backpacker area on the 2nd floor, which is very convenient. Although there's construction next to the hotel, the rooms are equipped with 3M earplugs, so the noise isn't too bad. A short distance to the south across the street, there's a traditional market. Along the creek, there are some snack stalls and Indian restaurants. A 5-10 minute walk to the southeast, there are several good restaurants. You can also take the MRT for one stop to reach the Chinatown Night Market."
