The newly built building with 5 underground floors and 19 above-ground floors belongs to the boutique design hotel brand of Lotte Hotel Group and is also the brand's fourth base in South Korea. It has a view of the Haeundae sea view. There is a landscaped swimming pool with a sea view on the top floor. There is a convenience store downstairs and Haeundae Beach is just across the street, providing excellent convenience and cost-effectiveness.

The building's decor is quite new, and the stale, early-opening decor has faded. The front desk staff speaks fluent English and is patient, understanding, and helpful. Free self-service luggage lockers are available on the third floor, both before and after check-in. They're ample and can accommodate up to 29-inch suitcases, and they also have luggage scales.
