I visited the hotel before its opening for an event and found it to be in line with Lotte Group's consistently high standards. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. I will definitely stay there again after the hotel officially opens. Cheongnyangri is a beautiful place with numerous restaurants and department stores, making it a great spot for traditional shopping.

During my week-long trip, I was merely a supporting character; all the itinerary and accommodation arrangements were handled by my two wonderful hostesses. I initially thought it would simply be a matter of finding a clean and comfortable hotel based on past experience, but this time, the accommodation left a very good impression. Advantages: 1. Many friends have shared that taxis in Korea are cheap, but if the subway system is well-developed and convenient, and the hotel is within a 2-minute walk from the subway station, and the rest of the trip is along the subway line, why would I choose a taxi? Of course, if the destination is in the suburbs, that's a different story, but my taxi experience in the first two days wasn't great (overcharging, refusal to take passengers, etc.). The convenience of subway transfers saved a lot of travel time, and the cost was very economical. 2. The hotel is surrounded by shops with many dining options, so you won't go hungry. There are also many department stores, enough to meet your needs during your stay. 3. Compared to other similar star-rated hotels, this accommodation offered high value for money. The room wasn't large, but the furnishings created a spacious feel, even with three suitcases, the hallway and extra space didn't feel cramped. I was satisfied with the room cleanliness and service. 4. Unless you have very high standards, the room's soundproofing was quite good, and there wasn't the noticeable water noise from the pipes that I often experience in other rooms. The temperature stayed below 4°C during my stay, and heating was standard. It's worth mentioning that the hotel offers rooms with a view; the large floor-to-ceiling windows offer excellent views, but looking down from higher floors can be quite challenging. 5. The hotel provides facilities such as a gym, lounge, and restaurant for guests, which are quite nice if used. Things I didn't like: 1. The shower floor can be a bit slippery when wet, so be careful. 2. The hotel has front and back entrances; if you call a taxi, make sure to specify the location clearly to avoid getting lost. 3. Google Maps is really unreliable here. Overall, considering the price, the hotel's performance during my stay was better than I expected, and I would gladly recommend it to my friends.

Perfect for those who want to shop mindlessly! The location is incredibly convenient: Airport Express -> Hongdae Exit 1 (there's even an escalator for luggage) – just a three-minute walk! I often shop until I buy too much, then take it back to the hotel to drop it off and use the restroom before coming out to continue shopping! There's an Emart at the back entrance; I often go there late at night to buy yogurt and strawberries. Housekeeping is done daily, and the housekeeping ladies are very friendly. The view from the 21st floor is beautiful, and most importantly, there's a luggage scale to prevent excess baggage before boarding. I'd definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Korea. There are also many beauty clinics nearby, super convenient! P.S. The room facing the main street offers a beautiful sunrise view every morning – I love it!
Check-in is on the 3rd floor. There's a tiny 7-Eleven on the 1st floor; the staff won't help you order fried chicken. All the rooms have universal plugs, so you need to bring your own voltage converter. For some reason, all the plugs are loose, so be careful when using them! The rooftop swimming pool has warm water, and lifeguards will be there if someone goes in. The gym smells nice. There are hot/cold water dispensers and ice cubes inside the walls near the elevator in the rooms. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the high-rise ocean view rooms are, as shown in the photos, partitioned, not one large floor-to-ceiling window, but the view is still fantastic. When we came, there was a cold snap, and the temperature was below zero every day. If you don't want to go to the beach, you can enjoy the ocean view from your room.
