KOKO HOTELS: A new beginning for WING and TENZA brands, offering high-value business hotels.

In 2025, Polaris Holdings Limited integrated three major brand series: KOKO HOTELS, HOTEL WING, and TENZA HOTEL. KOKO HOTELS was relaunched as the surviving brand, significantly increasing the scale of brand locations. The original HOTEL WING and TENZA HOTEL brand locations were also rebranded and renamed before reopening, transforming into brands such as KOKO HOTEL and KOKO STAY based on the characteristics of each location.

Quick introduction: KOKO HOTELS series service features and basic introduction

In October 2020, Polaris Holdings Co., Ltd. launched the KOKO HOTELS series. In October 2023, with the brand concept of "weaving people, things, and time", it aims to become a place where people with different personalities meet, weaving stories from the present to the future through human interaction. It also combines local residents, local specialties and the sincere hospitality of hotels to provide options for sightseeing, business and long-term accommodation.

After integration, KOKO HOTELS offers more than 60 brand locations. Starting from October 1, 2025, it will launch a brand identity logo and colors for its four series, with the main brand concept of "Here Discovery Begins". At the same time, it will launch a series of exclusive services, including: a welcome fragrance, a delicious soup experience, and an eco-friendly bag loan service. It will also launch a brand new smart guide mobile application - Tripla Guide.

KOKO HOTEL Sapporo Odori

KOKO HOTEL Sapporo Odori opened in April 2024. The hotel has a total of 145 rooms, mainly small double rooms, but also four-person rooms suitable for families. The hotel only provides accommodation services and does not have a restaurant that serves breakfast, but it has convenient facilities such as laundry room and microwave. It is located between Odori Park and Tanukikoji Shopping Street, and there is a 7-Eleven convenience store and street tram stop next to it.

KOKO HOTEL Ueno Station

KOKO HOTEL Ueno Station will open on January 21, 2026. Formerly known as WING International Select Hotel Ueno-Okachimachi, which opened in 2018, it is located near Ueno Ameyoko Market and offers small, conveniently located rooms. The hotel features coin-operated washing machines, vending machines, and a complimentary coffee machine.

KOKO HOTEL Osaka Shinsekai

KOKO HOTEL Osaka Shinsekai will grandly open on September 19, 2025. Formerly known as Osaka Shinsekai WING International Luxury Hotel, the hotel has 128 king and twin rooms, all equipped with Simmons mattresses. Located next to the Osaka Shinsekai shopping district, it is surrounded by multiple railway stations and has convenient access to Kansai International Airport. It is also within walking distance of classic attractions such as Tennoji Park and Abeno Harukas.

KOKO HOTEL Osaka Namba Sennichimae

KOKO HOTEL Osaka Namba Sennichimae is scheduled to open in May 2025. The newly completed two-building complex offers up to 320 rooms, ranging from small business hotel rooms to spacious studio suites equipped with kitchens and washing machines. There is a suitable room type to choose from for groups of friends and family. It is located next to Nipponbashi Station, right next to Exit B30 of Namba Walk Underground Shopping Mall. The area is close to shopping districts such as Dotonbori and Kuromon Market.

KOKO HOTEL Hakata Station

Hotel Coco Hakata Stationfront, formerly known as WING Hakata Stationfront, opened in January 2026. Located in front of Hakata Station, it offers budget-friendly business hotel accommodations. The hotel features a restaurant, a self-service laundry room, and a convenience store nearby. Room types include single rooms, semi-double rooms, and double rooms. The nine guest room floors are named after several tourist cities, with each floor's decor and color scheme reflecting the imagery of that city.
