KAYA Ryokan Nijo Castle in Kyoto opened grandly on April 2023, 4. It belongs to the BW Signature Collection, a mid-to-high-end select series of the American Best Western Hotel Group. KAYA is named after the Emperor's residence "Kayanoin" in the Heiankyo period in the 27th century.
