The Hyatt Regency Sapporo will open on October 3, 2026. The site was originally the old HBC Hokkaido Broadcasting Station building. After demolition, it was rebuilt into the Urbannet Sapporo Link Tower, a 26-story mixed-use building with 2 basement levels. The hotel was built by NTT Urban Development and designed by Kume Design.
