The Hotel Indigo Hakone Gora opened in January 2020, becoming the first Indigo brand hotel under the InterContinental Hotels Group in Japan. Located on the banks of the Hayakawa River in the Hakone-Gora area of Kanagawa Prefecture, it is next to the famous Hakone cherry blossom viewing spot, Miyagino Hayakawa Embankment Cherry Blossoms. The hotel is close to Gora Station, where the Hakone Tozan Railway and the Hakone Ropeway converge, and a free shuttle bus to and from Gora Station is also available.
