One suggestion: The switchboard should have Chinese-speaking staff to answer guest inquiries and requests, which would make the experience more welcoming. Location: The location is excellent and very comfortable. It's next to Ginza's luxury shopping district, shopping street, and hotel district. It's about an 8-minute walk (450 meters) from Ginza Station and about a 5-minute walk (250 meters) from Higashi-Ginza Station. Numerous restaurants, convenience stores, drugstores, and department stores are within 50-500 meters. Hotel Features: The hotel's ambiance is themed around Bach's music, with music, piano performances, and decor. The first floor has a welcoming reception area with a comfortable and elegant atmosphere (access to the second floor is only available from the first floor). The second floor houses the hotel counter, offering snacks and soups in the evenings (there is a smoking area). Card access is required on each floor from the second floor upwards. Room Features: The rooms are well-organized, spacious, and comfortable for a Tokyo hotel of this class (two separate spaces for luggage). The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and the room is fully equipped with toiletries and a capsule hotel machine. The reception staff mainly spoke Japanese and English. During my two-day stay, I only encountered one beautiful woman at the concierge desk who spoke Chinese.

The location is fantastic and very comfortable. A pleasant aroma greets you upon entering the first floor, and the hotel counter is on the second floor. Each floor has card access control, which makes you feel more secure. Convenience stores, drugstores, and major department stores are all nearby, making it very convenient. It's also an 8-minute walk to Tsukiji, making it easy to experience local culture or bring takeout back to your room. The hotel offers soup service every evening for a long period, but unfortunately, the times didn't coincide with my stay. The only downside was the less-than-ideal housekeeping (but this seems to be a common problem with hotels lately), so I only had housekeeping done once during my several nights there. Overall, however, it's a comfortable and reassuring hotel, and I would definitely return if the price wasn't excessively high.

This is a stunning hotel located near the east exit of Sendai Station. Themed around the renowned composer Bach, the entire space is filled with musical elements. From the decor to the atmosphere, you can feel the clever use of musical notes and instruments – it's truly unique. The guest rooms echo Sendai's reputation as the "Capital of Mori," creating a comfortable and relaxing forest-style ambiance. I stayed in a twin room with two single beds. The room was quite spacious; even with a 29-inch suitcase fully extended, there was still ample walkway space. The room featured a long sofa, a vanity, a mini-bar, and even a thoughtfully provided SONY Bluetooth speaker – the overall amenities were quite high-quality. Although the bathroom wasn't a separate shower and toilet, the shower curtain was very waterproof, preventing the bathroom from getting damp. The toiletries were very generous, replenished daily, and each person was provided with a Sekkisei skincare set. Even the bath towels were high-quality Imabari towels! The hotel lobby, located on the 7th floor, offers soba noodles, Sendai's famous edamame daifuku, and various drinks and snacks at specific times each day. Live music performances are also available at certain times, greatly enhancing the overall atmosphere. A large public bath is located on the 16th floor, along with coin-operated beverage machines and washer-dryers, making it very convenient for long-stay travelers. The surrounding area boasts excellent amenities; a 7-Eleven is on the ground floor, and a drugstore is diagonally opposite. While not as bustling as the west exit of the station, the quality of accommodation and overall comfort are superior. Sendai Station is approximately a 10-minute walk away. The only minor inconvenience is that the elevator stops and opens in the 7th-floor lobby, potentially causing a slightly longer wait time, but this doesn't significantly impact the overall experience. Overall, this was an exceptional stay. The room quality, public facilities, location, and the friendly service of the front desk staff all made it feel like excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Sendai.

This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the East Exit of the Sendai JR line. Although the location isn't as convenient as the West Exit area, I felt it was excellent value for money in terms of rooms, ambiance, and service. There's also a convenience store downstairs. Upon exiting the elevator, you'll see the counter; the staff are very friendly and speak English. Behind the counter is a pipe organ, and musical notes and keys are featured in many of the hotel's decorations, carpets, and furniture. From 3-7 pm, there are welcome snacks, and drinks and snacks are available in the lobby. Drinks and other small biscuits are also offered after 7 pm. When we were having snacks in the lobby at 7 pm, we happened to catch a live piano performance; the entire hotel, like its decorations, was filled with musical notes. This time, because I wanted to use the public bath, I chose a room without a bathtub. The room was more spacious, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. Luckily, we were on a higher floor with unobstructed views of the city. The men's public bath can accommodate about 10 people and is very comfortable. The only inconvenience I found in the hotel was that the elevators didn't indicate the current floor, so the wait felt quite long.
