Hiyori Hotels & Resorts is a city sightseeing hotel targeting foreign tourists. The hotel provides free shuttle buses to and from Maihama Station, making it a suitable accommodation base for visiting Tokyo Disneyland.
The Hiyori Hotel Osaka Suminoe Park Station was grandly opened on April 2025, 4. The hotel has a total of 1 high-floor view rooms with a light and bright decoration style. It provides four-person family rooms and Japanese-style rooms suitable for parents and groups. The hotel co-constructs a shopping mall and has direct access to the Suminoe Park Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line and the Nanko Port City Line. It is very convenient to go to Namba, Shinsaibashi, Osaka Bay and other places.
Hiyori Stay Kyoto Kamogawa will be grandly opened on September 2024, 9. It is the first location of the Hiyori STAY series, with a total of 14 rooms, providing rooms with bunk beds, which can accommodate 38-3 adults. Each room has a kitchenette, washing machine and dry and wet separated bathroom. It is located on the banks of Kamogawa in Higashiyama, Kyoto, between Kiyomizu Gojo Station and Shichijo Station on the Keihan Main Line, and is a 5-meter walk to Exit 250 of Shichijo Station.
The Sunny Days Ocean Resort Okinawa opened on February 2021, 2. Sun Frontier launched the first Sunny Days brand resort, located on the hilly terrain of Onna Village. There are 20 suites in the resort, all of which have unobstructed ocean views. The rooms are equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine and spacious balcony. There are several restaurants, convenience stores, gyms, children's playrooms, spa pools, indoor and outdoor swimming pools in the resort. It is suitable for long-term stays, self-driving travelers and travelers with children.
Sun Frontier Real Estate Co., Ltd. was founded in April 1999 and is headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. Its main business is real estate sales, leasing and brokerage. Joytel Hotel Osaka Shinsekai is a new and nice hotel, very close to JR Shin-Imamiya Station. It's only two stops from JR Namba Station, from which you can easily walk all the way to Shinsaibashi. The hotel is also near Osaka's largest Don Quijote, making shopping incredibly convenient and easy – you won't have to worry about carrying all your purchases back to the hotel. The rooms aren't too small, the beds are comfortable, and the facilities are all new. While the breakfast area isn't large, the variety of dishes is quite good, and surprisingly, they even have takoyaki (octopus balls) – quite interesting! Another thing I really appreciated was the complimentary ice water, hot water, and coffee provided on the first floor. This is incredibly convenient for travelers; you can always get water without having to boil water in your room. For those traveling in cold weather or with children, having hot water readily available is a real blessing. Thank you to the hotel for this thoughtful touch.

This was our first trip to Osaka, and the staff there were especially kind to us from Taiwan. My son was particularly impressed with the female server who worked the evening shift. Although they initially gave him basic children's amenities, after a brief conversation with my wife, it was just a simple gesture: my son carried his little chick-shaped bag around the hotel, which he loved. Later, he gave her his favorite gummy candies. Even after we had left the hotel to board the sightseeing boat, she ran out to give him more treats in return. Although we don't remember her name, my son still fondly remembered her as we prepared to fly back to Taiwan. Thank you for giving us such a warm and welcoming trip and accommodation!

I checked in on January 29th. The hotel is close to the train station, within walking distance, and there's a supermarket nearby. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is also close to INTEX Osaka. The hotel offers welcome drinks and has a self-service laundry area, which is convenient for long-term guests. As a solo traveler with limited mobility, the hotel staff were excellent and always attentive. They patiently answered all my questions. I was particularly impressed with Mr. Li and Ms. Tatsuya; this was my first time staying at a hotel under the Nikwa Hotel Group. I will definitely book this hotel again at the end of the year. Depending on the time of day, you can enjoy a welcome drink or French foam (beer, etc.). They also thoughtfully serve ochazuke (rice with tea) late at night. The desks are spacious, so eating canned food should be convenient when working from home. There are many restaurants nearby, such as Miyamoto Takeyuki, so you won't have trouble finding dinner. The buffet breakfast is excellent, offering Osaka specialties like gyoza and takoyaki.

I arrived at the hotel at the end of October. During check-in, the staff gave me an information card and then explained things; everyone was friendly. However, the facilities and room cleaning didn't feel like a four-star hotel overall... The rooms weren't large; there were only one room per floor, and only one elevator. There was a glimpse of the river from the window, and I could see sightseeing boats. The TV had YouTube, and it wasn't noisy at night. The rooms were cleaned every three days. There were no disposable slippers in the room, but I think I saw them on the floor; I might have to ask the staff. The restaurant had about ten seats, and there weren't many customers early in the morning. The breakfast, while not extensive, was quite delicious. The hotel offered free drinks and waffles, but the waffle maker sometimes ran out of batter.

We traveled to Kyoto with our family during the autumn foliage season and chose the stylish and comfortable HIYORI Ryokan. • Room Description: We stayed in a five-person room, which was fully equipped – including comfortable pajamas! In accordance with environmental protection principles, the hotel cleans rooms every three days, which was perfect. The balcony overlooked the Kamo River, and waking up to a view of the river was truly wonderful 💕. • Hotel Facilities and Services: The breakfast selection was small and simple, which was perfect for rejuvenating us before exploring Kyoto's various attractions :) There's a simple drink bar available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. There are also vending machines to the right after entering the main entrance. There's also a rooftop common area where you can relax (we didn't go up this time because our room had a balcony), offering panoramic views of Kyoto's nightscape and even Kyoto Tower! After check-out, there's a secure storage area with locks for luggage. • Every staff member at HIYORI was incredibly friendly, especially the manager, Joe; communication was never a problem! • Nearby attractions and amenities are not far from Kiyomizu-dera Temple. We visited Kiyomizu-dera twice during our stay in Kyoto, both times on foot. There's a 24-hour supermarket a 10-minute walk away, where we often bought groceries to cook at our restaurant. A subway station is a 5-minute walk away, and a bus stop is a 15-minute walk from the city center. · Room Introduction We stayed in a room for five people, fully equipped with everything we needed, including cozy pajamas! To support environmental protection, the hotel cleans the room every three days. We could see the Kamogawa through the balcony, which made us relax every morning :) · Hotel Facilities and Services Breakfast was simple and enough to energize us to explore Kyoto's attractions. There is a soft drink bar available from 22:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and vending machines are located just to the right after entering the main entrance. The rooftop features a communal relaxation space where you can enjoy Kyoto's night views!(We didn't go this time since there was a balcony in our room.) A very comfortable stay. The hotel's thoughtful preparations included a full range of toiletries, a washing machine and laundry detergent for washing sweaty clothes, and a dryer in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive, reflecting the meticulousness and customer-centric philosophy of Japanese hospitality. The daily breakfast included lettuce for fiber, as well as drinks and milk, ensuring a satisfying meal – truly impeccable. The rooftop had comfortable seating where guests could enjoy the night view of the Kamo River with their snacks and drinks, the gentle breeze making it hard to leave. While the hotel is a bit far from the Kyoto subway station, it's within walking distance. On the last day, I walked to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, concluding my enjoyable Kyoto trip. I would definitely consider staying here again.
