A great hotel! The high-ceilinged lobby features a self-service beverage bar, allowing guests to relax and immediately feel like they're on vacation. The reception staff speaks perfect English with no accent, making conversations easy to understand. There's an escalator next to the hotel providing access to the BTS and MRT, so there's no need to worry about the rainy season. The location is fantastic, with a direct connection to Terminal 21 ASOK shopping mall – so convenient! 😁 The room I stayed in had a beautiful view, overlooking the pool and overlooking the lake in Bangachiti Park. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a shoe cabinet, microwave, mini countertop, and large refrigerator (all drinks are complimentary). Snacks on the table were also free. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet and a large bathtub. The well-designed home-like environment was truly excellent. The facilities are also excellent. The swimming pool is huge and fun, with just the right depth and temperature. If there's an afternoon thunderstorm, you can head to the sauna/steam room for a relaxing soak. The gym is also very well-equipped, with TVs on the treadmills and a great game room where you can play racing games. Even in the rain, you can still have a great time. When the weather is sunny, you can enjoy various outdoor sports – tennis, golf, trampolines… The excellent location, friendly service, ample facilities, and reasonable prices make it a truly satisfying experience. The breakfast is average, but a few items are particularly delicious and worth trying. #BeefNoodles #PorkRice #CantoneseCenturyEggBeefCongee #SoftCookingIceCream

Spending four nights here is perfect for those who want to unwind. Transportation is convenient; the airport MRT and subway connect directly to the hotel. We went to the hotel's massage parlor three times in four days, and the whole family was very satisfied. After a tiring day of shopping, a massage at 10 pm followed by a quick bedtime was incredibly relaxing. The hotel is also conveniently located near department stores, offering plenty of food, drinks, and shopping opportunities. The only downside: we ordered pizza from the hotel twice, and both times it took over an hour to arrive.

My girlfriend and I visited in January 2026 and stayed in a basic room. At check-in, the staff helped us with our luggage and provided welcome snacks. They also gave us two tokens each night, which could be redeemed for souvenirs, hotel food, or other services. The room was spacious and had a very open view, overlooking the Chao Phraya River in the distance! The room snacks and drinks were complimentary, and turndown service was provided at night. However, the soundproofing in the hotel room was perhaps a bit poor; we could hear people walking and talking in the hallway, or the sound of chairs being pushed around in the next room. The hotel facilities were diverse, and my favorite was the huge infinity pool, probably 50 meters long. When I swam in the morning, there weren't many guests, so I could enjoy the infinity pool and watch the Bangkok sunrise all to myself. Note that the pool is saltwater, as is the adjacent jacuzzi. Also, be aware that one day after swimming, I was bitten by red ants while resting on the beach mat; be careful if you sit near the grass by the pool. On the same floor as the pool is the children's play area. I only took a quick look inside, but it seemed to have many toys and play equipment, so children of different ages should have a great time. There are also tables, ping pong tables, air balls, and darts available for guests on the same floor. The gym is on the floor above the pool. It's quite spacious and has many different exercise machines available. The changing rooms even have an indoor jacuzzi and sauna for relaxation. Regarding dining, we tried dinner at the restaurant on the 50th floor and ordered several Thai dishes. While the prices were slightly higher than other restaurants outside the city, I think it was definitely affordable. However, I felt the portions were a bit small, and some dishes weren't hot enough when served, although the taste was okay. Breakfast was very crowded. It was a buffet with a wide selection, including scrambled eggs and omelets prepared by staff, as well as freshly cooked Thai vermicelli and Thai noodles. I personally loved the broth of the Thai noodles; it was really delicious. They also offer ice cream during breakfast, and it even has a Thai milk tea flavor – definitely worth trying. One night, we were a bit hungry in the early hours and tried their in-room dining. The selection was limited, the portions weren't very generous, and the food took a while to arrive. They also charged an extra service fee, so I think there's a lot of room for improvement. It's also worth mentioning that they have a Lets Relax Spa on-site. Although I didn't buy a spa pass, we tried different massages there almost every day. After the massage, we could take the elevator directly upstairs to sleep, which was very convenient. I think the hotel service was excellent. On our last day, we had acute gastroenteritis and felt very unwell. I kept asking the hotel for a late check-out, and the staff allowed us to check out after 1:30 PM, giving us more time to rest – a big plus!

Having stayed at so many hotels, Grande Centre Point truly amazed me! I stayed here for 4 nights for 3000-4000 RMB, yet I enjoyed facilities and treatment worth tens of thousands of RMB. The hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful (I pay attention to the smell of hotels). Upon entering, you can see large-scale reliefs throughout the hotel, and even the relief patterns on each floor are different! This is truly a clever touch; you can see the designer's attention to detail if you look closely. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and they even gave me a hotel token upon check-in, which can be redeemed for items, services, or food within the hotel. The overall design of the hotel is excellent, with their signature characteristics, and you can even redeem items designed by the hotel, making the main visual identity very strong. The swimming pool water was very clean, with a mild chlorine smell and no saltiness. There were few impurities in the water. There was a small shop next to the pool where you could buy snacks, which was very chill. The showers included a steam room and an oven. The game area was very cool, with pinball machines, a soccer table, a PS5, racing cars, billiards, and ice hockey – a wide variety of facilities, and the facilities were very new. My next hotel is the Eastin (7000 per night). I must stay here. I will definitely give my vote to the Grande Centre Point (3000-4000 per night). Thank you for the experience!

We stayed for four days and three nights. The room wasn't large, but it felt very bright and spacious, making it very comfortable. We had two young children, so we stayed in a twin room with a sofa bed, which was also very comfortable. However, being on the 16th floor, we were slightly affected by street noise, but overall it was very comfortable. The beds were of medium firmness, and the pillows offered a choice of firm or soft. The room had a large floor-to-ceiling window, was very clean, and the children loved standing in front of the window looking at the view. There was also a comfortable carpet. We frequently used the hotel's free shuttle to the pier. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. The staff were friendly and always smiling. The housekeeping staff kept the room very clean every day, and there was plenty of hot water. It would have been even better if there were two chairs in the room! The only downside was that the hotel's taxis didn't use meters; using Grab would have been a better way to travel.

I stayed at Pattaya a few times during the pandemic. My partner saw it recommended online and decided to try it out. The first time I visited, I was blown away by its architectural design 🤩 The hotel's exterior is striking, with a modern, futuristic theme and clean, sharp lines. The lighting and facade treatment at night give it an even more imposing presence, making it very beautiful. Importantly, there was always a wonderfully fragrant smell in the lobby, but I couldn't quite place it 😂 If the hotel sold perfume, I would have bought one. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and polite; their professionalism and attention to detail were evident in their speech and body language 🙏🏻 The hotel's selling point is its family-friendly facilities—a small water park and multiple swimming pools (including a sky pool and a scenic pool), a kids' club, and a gym. With a wide range of activities, it's especially suitable for families with children or travelers who want to relax at the hotel. The hotel also has a Let's Relax Onsen inside, where you can sometimes have a spa treatment 😌 However, one issue I want to mention is that the water in the water facilities downstairs is very cold 😅😅 I hope it can be warmed up a bit. The Space Suite is one of the hotel's most unique room types, with space-themed decorations, a spacious feel, and complete facilities. There's an "Aurora Borealis" ambient light by the bed, a super wide floor-to-ceiling window with a sea view, and a large jacuzzi overlooking the sea. I personally think the shower is the best part—it's incredibly comfortable, with strong water pressure that allows you to use both the showerhead and the overhead rain shower at the same time. It always feels like I'm cleansing my soul 😂😂 The hotel's location is also very convenient, not far from Pattaya Beach and Terminal 21 shopping mall, and there are plenty of restaurants, shopping malls, and convenience stores nearby; transportation to the city center and attractions is also very convenient 👍🏻👍🏻 Breakfast is on the top floor, with a wide variety of choices, consistent quality, and a great view 💯 This time, because we booked the hotel at the last minute, we stayed in a standard room, but it was still pretty good—clean and well-maintained! 👍🏻 The room even had the lobby's signature scent as soon as we entered. 😂 Anyway, in conclusion, Space is the top choice for hotels in Pattaya. The exterior, location, staff, facilities, and cleanliness were all excellent! 💯💯 Just sitting on a chair on the balcony and relaxing was incredibly chill and relaxing. If there's anything I'd like to improve, it would be that the water in the water park could be heated up a bit, and that the gym could be open 24 hours a day. 🙏🏻 We don't have time to work out after meals! 😂 🤫 Every time we check out, my partner is so reluctant to leave! 🥹

I'm a Taiwanese tourist who stayed for two nights on a tour. This is definitely one of the best hotels in Pattaya. The water park is family-friendly with plenty of facilities for kids. The rooftop pool is gorgeous at night. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Terminal 21. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and very clean. The starry sky effect is amazing. The price is a bit high. The only minor drawback is that I stayed on the 16th floor, which has a connecting door. If the people next door are talking loudly, the sound can be heard quite clearly through the connecting door, so be careful when sharing secrets. I especially recommend the char pa tai street stall in front of the 711-Eleven across the street. It's delicious and doesn't seem to be open every day.
