The Tokyo Bay Maihama Nikko Hotel is a newly renovated 12-story building with 709 guest rooms and suites on floors 4-12. The rooms are divided into three types according to the floor level: Garden, Rainbow, and Deluxe View, each featuring different main colors such as emerald green, orange, and ethereal purple. The rooms are decorated in a colorful and lovely style, with rounded tables and chairs or sofas. Most twin rooms can accommodate 3-4 people with an extra bed, while there are also Japanese and Western style rooms and family rooms for 4-5 people. The higher floors feature spacious suites.
The guest rooms at the Nikko Hotel Maihama Tokyo Bay underwent a complete renovation starting in 2020 and were fully completed and reopened in 2023. Floors 11 and 12 are designated as executive floors, and guests can enjoy complimentary access to the NIKKO LOUNGE lounge on the 12th floor rooftop. A variety of beverages are served complimentaryly from 07:00 to 22:00, and different snacks and refreshments are available at different times. I stayed in the newly renovated Bay View Deluxe Room on the 11th floor in March 2023. It featured a separate toilet area by the door, a shower in the bathroom, and a separate bathtub facing the sea. I highly recommend taking a relaxing bath in the morning or afternoon while enjoying the beautiful Tokyo Bay view. The TV wall in front of the bed had a projector with cute images to soothe children and help them fall asleep, not playing exciting movies – a very thoughtful touch. The energy-saving design of the green building concept is equipped with European-style gardens and pools. There is a reception hall, service counter and wedding chapel on the 1rd floor, and Le Jardin restaurant is opened, which provides a 3-seat all-day dining restaurant and is also a place for guests to serve breakfast. Hotel Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama is an officially recognized hotel. Tenants can deliver their luggage to the hotel for free at JR Maihama Station. Free shuttle buses to and from the Disney Resort Line station and admission guarantee are provided. There are many Disney-themed gift shops on the 3rd floor , a flower shop and a courier station, you can directly exchange park passports, buy park tickets and Disney products in the hotel. The restaurant and executive lounge in the hotel have a vast view overlooking Tokyo Bay, and you can even overlook the beautiful view of Mount Fuji when the weather is good.
Le Jardin offers a buffet breakfast with a wide variety of dishes, and also provides live cooking services. However, it is always crowded during mealtimes, and we had to queue to get in since we were late. Fortunately, the wait time was not too long. Wendy really loved the view and food in the rooftop executive lounge, so after breakfast, we went to the executive lounge to eat and drink.
