The main drawbacks are the relatively simple breakfast selection, some rooms still having a slight smell of new decor from the initial opening period, and the distance from the BTS station. Overall, it's suitable for business travelers, those seeking Japanese-style hospitality, and those needing an extended stay in a serviced apartment.

The service embodies authentic Japanese hospitality, with Mandarin-speaking staff at the front desk to assist with taxi bookings and other communication, virtually eliminating language barriers. During my stay, the staff proactively paid attention to details; I even received a handmade mango cake as a birthday gift. The overall atmosphere was quiet and orderly, with very few noisy children. The service was measured yet efficient, attentive, and responsive to every request. For a newly opened hotel, the staff's training level is remarkably high.
