FUFU is a Japanese hot spring ryokan chain brand, designed with the concept of top-level luxury Japanese hot spring ryokan. It became famous and widely known in 2024 with the recommendation of the Michelin Key Guide. Compared with the top-level luxury brands of the Hoshinoya, KAI, Risonare, etc. under the Hoshinoya Group, FUFU and KAI both adopt similar brand positioning of Japanese hot spring ryokans.

Quick understanding: Service features and basic introduction of Fufu series
The FUFU brand originated from FUFU which opened in Atami in 2007. Since 2018, it has developed into a chain hotel brand. Each location is designed with less than 50 rooms. Each room is equipped with a private bath house. There are restaurants in the hotel that use local ingredients and local cultural characteristics.
After the release of the first Japanese "Michelin Key Guide" in 2024, 1 out of 8 Fu Fu restaurants were selected for the recommendation list. All the locations opened after 7 were selected, making it the most special existence in the entire list and making Fu Fu famous. Fufu Castle Island Sea Breeze Rhythm will grandly open in February 2026. The original site was the Castle Island Keikyu Hotel, which was demolished and rebuilt into a 4-story building. The first floor houses a reception hall, a seafood restaurant, and a lounge.
