While the hotel is located slightly out of the heart of Susukino, it's a 3-minute walk to the tram station and a 10-minute walk to the subway. Overall, it's suitable for families, large groups, and long-term travelers.

The FAV LUX brand's first location in Hokkaido, the Sapporo Susukino branch, continues its down-to-earth accommodation philosophy, emphasizing a home-like comfort experience. The hotel staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and the young front desk staff exude energy and a passion for service. In its early days, the service process still needs improvement, including delays in check-in, inadequate room cleaning confirmations, and the inability to share the same room for consecutive nights.
