FAV LUX Miyazaki is a newly built 13-story building offering 41 guest rooms and suites in six uniquely styled room types, all starting from a spacious 35 square meters. The FAV LUX Miyazaki-kan's public facilities are centered around the concept of health and wellness. The first floor features a private Spa & Sauna, open from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to midnight. The sauna uses a METOS automatic steam sauna heater and seat heating system to provide even and stable heat. There are also cold water pools with different temperatures of 15 degrees Celsius and 9 degrees Celsius. FAV LUX Miyazaki features the LOX-Fit low-oxygen gym, creating a 2,500-meter-high low-oxygen training space.
