The Courtyard by Marriott Kyoto Shijo Karasuma will open on August 27, 2025. Formerly THE Royal Garden Hotel Kyoto Shijo, which opened in 2018, the newly renovated 9-story building with one basement level will become the 9th Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Japan.
