Quick understanding: Service features and basic introduction of the Codio boutique series
Coldio Premium (コルディオプレミアム) adopts a soft franchise business model, and is positioned similarly to the selected series of well-known international hotel groups. However, the entire system is operated and managed by I'm Home, and is collectively named the Coldio Premium series. The characteristics of the members of the entire series are also different, and there are often changes in joining or exiting. Usually, it does not mean that the business will be closed, but that it will be operated by other brands or companies.
- Coldio Premium｜Naha City: Mainly based on Kokusai-dori apartments, they provide residential spaces with home-like quality and convenience. The rooms are fully equipped, but most of the hotels do not have other public facilities and only provide accommodation services.

Naha City Union Apartments opened for business in 2019. There are only 6 apartments in the whole building, each with at least 2 guest rooms and a sofa bed that can accommodate more than 5 people. There are also lightly partitioned 3-bedroom apartments that can accommodate 7 people. It is located between Miebashi Station and Naha Tomari Port Ferry Terminal, a 300-meter walk to the monorail station. There are car rental services such as Times Rent-A-Car and OTS nearby. Lawson, 7-11 and FamilyMart are all within a 200-meter walk.
L's Inn Naha Higawa by Coldio Premium

L's Inn Naha Hikawa opened in 2017. It is a Japanese-style apartment building that provides a homely convenience and is located in the south area of Kokusai-dori. The hotel offers 30 apartments, all of which can accommodate 2-4 people at the same time. The double room is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed, which can accommodate 1 people at the same time. It is equipped with microwave ovens, electric cookers, washing machines, dryers and other electrical appliances. There are also pots and pans for simple food preparation.

Chatan Water Palace Apartments opened in 2020. It is an 8-minute walk from the lively American Village. The apartment offers 24 suites and 4 single-family villas. Chatan Hills Family Apartments opened in 2020, just a 5-minute drive from American Village.
