"The photos look beautiful, perfect for Instagram. However, the actual experience is a bit different. It's a clean and new hotel, great for taking pictures, but the actual stay isn't particularly surprising. The location is near the airport MRT, about a 10-minute walk to Central World and Big C, and a little further to Chit Lom station. I personally found it acceptable, but if you're traveling with elderly people or children, the daily walking and transfers might be a concern. The room isn't large, and I stayed on the side facing the street, so I could hear cars in the morning. One minor drawback is the bathroom has a full-length transparent glass wall facing outwards, although there's a decorative partition blocking the view. From certain angles, you can see people passing by downstairs while showering, and even people on the airport MRT platform in the distance. I don't think people on the platform can see you showering, but it still makes me feel a little unsafe." There are some small eateries and massage parlors nearby, which I didn't try, but there's a Burmese restaurant with good Google reviews that stays open late. I ate there on my first day and it was pretty good. Surprisingly, they played several Burmese covers of Taiwanese pop songs on a loop (for example, Wang Jie's "Forget You, Forget Me"), and the staff and guests even hummed along, which was quite amusing. The hotel doesn't offer laundry service or washing machines, but there's a map at the front desk that points to a coin-operated laundromat about a ten-minute walk away.

"Due to a flight delay, I arrived at the hotel after midnight, and the receptionist wasn't there, so I waited for 10 minutes... The room was fairly large, but the mattress was too soft and the pillows were too high. Plus, it was right by the road, so it was a bit noisy, and the blinds didn't block out the light very well. All the amenities were provided, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. I stayed on the 4th floor, and luckily the water pressure was consistent. However, I must praise the hotel's location! It's only a 3-minute walk from the Rachapratpo Airport Express station!!! You can see the hotel from the footbridge inside the station, which is perfect for people like us who arrive at BKK airport late at night or might only stay one night and then go to the airport the next day. Plus, the location is actually quite central, so it's not far to go shopping at the malls. There's also a small pink loft in the basement where they offer free coffee and snacks from 06:00 to 14:00, which is enough for a decent breakfast unless you're particularly picky. Overall, it's a very good hotel!"

"The room was poorly soundproofed, and the floor was sticky. One of the water bottles in the mini-bar had already been opened and a sip had been taken. The coffee in the lobby was supposed to start at 6 pm, but when I went at 6:30 pm, the coffee machine wasn't running, and of course, the milk wasn't ready either. The only advantage was the convenient location."
