Black Horn B&B officially opened for operation on September 2021, 9. It was rebuilt from the old mansion of the pharmaceutical factory and transformed into a simple-textured B&B. It is located next to the Hengchun transfer station and is located in the center of Pingtung’s Hengchun Township. The main sights in the town are all within 1 meters of walking distance.

Black Bull Horn Hotel adopts a minimalist design style with black and white tones. There are 16 rooms on the four floors of the building. There are four types of rooms: superior twin room, superior double room, deluxe double room, and family quadruple room. All rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and independent balconies. With toilets, luxury and quadruple rooms are equipped with bathtubs, and pets are not allowed.
The facade of Hei Niu Jiao Hotel is decorated with marble texture. The reception hall on the first floor is brightly lit. It is based on black and white tones and matched with Phnom Penh furniture to create a simple and luxurious feeling.The building is equipped with a box elevator and no parking space. There is a communal simple kitchen on the first floor, but only the breakfast provided by the breakfast shop outside is provided.
Jinfeng Group was established in 1995 and engaged in labor legal management consulting services. The founders of the group, the Dong family brothers, renovated their hometown in Hengchun. In 2021, the original pharmaceutical factory turned into a new opening of the Black Niu Jiao Hotel, providing cost-effective bed and breakfast services.
"A very convenient guesthouse. The lobby is beautiful, and the high ceilings feel very comfortable... The room design is simple and pleasant... The bed is large, though a bit firm! But it's still very comfortable to lie on! A large bed is a plus! Breakfast was a voucher from Man Shi Guang... (not bad). The price of around 2200 for the holiday is really cheap! Although there's no dedicated parking, it's easy to find on the nearby streets. The only downside is that I only realized on the day of check-in that I had booked the room twice using Agoda... But I'm absolutely certain I didn't do it twice! The system sent an email, which I didn't notice, so I have nothing to say. However, the receptionist said she would check if I could get a refund, but the reason for not being able to refund was that the hotel was fully booked for the holiday... But I see that your rooms are still being sold on various platforms... Since you can't refund, you should have proactively given us the key to another room! It's a pity there was no compromise..."

"A high-value hotel next to Hengchun Bus Station, conveniently located with clean and comfortable rooms, touch-sensitive light switches, and at least 6 sets of sockets for charging (3 sockets per set). There is no dedicated breakfast restaurant; a contracted restaurant (a 5-minute walk away) is used. Breakfast vouchers from the hotel are used for meals, but the breakfast service is extremely slow. Meals are prepared starting at 7 AM, and the first meal takes half an hour to arrive. The hotel and restaurant are mixed, leading to chaotic food preparation and excessively long wait times. Since it's a contracted restaurant, the hotel should intervene to assist. If the restaurant cannot accommodate so many guests, should guests order and reserve their dining time upon check-in, allowing the restaurant to prepare meals in advance, or should all meals be delivered to the hotel? The hotel clearly explained the rules upon check-in. Hopefully, the breakfast service can also be improved in an organized manner. Street parking (no parking lot); cash payment."

"I found a great deal on a booking website during the December off-season, and had a 3-day, 2-night stay! There's an elevator upstairs, the room was very comfortable, and it had a balcony. The location is close to Hengchun Bus Station, making it convenient to take the Kenting Express and Kenting Streetcar! The breakfast shop attached to the hotel is unassuming from the outside, but it's clean and beautiful inside, and the breakfast was delicious! (I didn't order the breakfast from the breakfast voucher). I also went to the recommended motorcycle rental shop and experienced the daily life of Pingtung people in autumn and winter! Thank you to the receptionist for kindly inquiring about the last bus when we couldn't find one at the National Museum of Marine Biology & Aquarium!"
