° ° ° It's been over two years since I last visited Bangkok, and this time I want to share a hidden gem hotel with you all: 𝘌𝘢𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘯 𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘏𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘭 𝘗𝘩𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘪. First of all, this hotel boasts an excellent location. After landing in Bangkok, simply look for the KL Bus Route 45 at the airport; it takes about 25 minutes, offering a comfortable and convenient ride that avoids the hassle of Bangkok traffic jams. Located next to the KL BTS station, just a one-minute walk across the skybridge, the hotel offers direct access to popular Bangkok stations like KL and KL BTS without the sun or rain. This new hotel, opened in 2023, boasts luxurious decor, clean rooms, and spacious layouts. The infinity pools on the 22nd and 37th floors are incredibly photogenic. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of options. Overall, this is a very cost-effective hotel.

The hotel lobby is modern and luxurious, the reception was excellent, and the hotel app is very convenient (it also offers in-room ordering at reasonable prices and replenishment of amenities). 🌟The room has a low-key decor and is comfortable, but some small areas show obvious signs of use and could be improved. The lack of capsule coffee was a bit of a surprise, although the room smelled wonderful. 👍 🌟Breakfast: Spacious, Thai-style decor, and a fairly diverse selection of dishes, though the cooked food selection was somewhat limited. All dishes were tasty, and the environment was quite comfortable. 🌟Facilities: There are two beautiful swimming pools and a 24-hour gym. Overall, the hotel's main selling points are its convenient location (next to the MRT and BTS) and easy luggage handling, plus its relatively new appearance. However, the price is definitely not cheap.
In Bangkok, five-star luxury hotels abound, and the competition in terms of hardware facilities is fierce. However, what truly leaves a lasting impression is often the "soft power"—that is, the quality of service. First and foremost, the lobby staff deserves full marks. They are friendly, proactive, and always attentive to guests' needs, providing immediate assistance. This demonstrates the hotel's dedication and success in staff training. Particularly noteworthy was our experience after check-out. While waiting for our driver in the sofa area, a staff member noticed we seemed somewhat troubled and immediately approached to offer assistance, proactively using their mobile phone to contact the driver. Although we don't know the employee's name, this thoughtfulness and professionalism deeply impressed us with true five-star service and will be a key reason why we would choose this hotel again on our next trip to Bangkok. The guest rooms were equally impressive—spacious, clean, comfortable, and with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast restaurant boasts high ceilings and large windows, offering a bright and open view, enhancing the dining experience and greatly boosting our appetite. The hotel boasts excellent transportation access, offering golf cart service to Siam Paragon for added convenience. Surrounded by amenities, it's close to the Erawan Shrine shopping district and within a 10-15 minute walk of Big C or Central World, making shopping and sightseeing incredibly convenient. Overall, it's highly recommended for travelers who value both quality accommodation and convenient transportation; it's a superior hotel that combines comfort and attentive service.

Located in the city center, this conveniently situated five-star hotel is within walking distance of the Paragon and Pratunam Market. For those who prefer not to walk, a shuttle bus is available to and from the Paragon. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with daily housekeeping to clean and replenish amenities and the minibar. The hotel offers a children's playroom, gym, and swimming pool. While the playroom has a limited selection of toys, it's perfect for younger children to burn off energy. The pool staff are extremely attentive, immediately offering towels upon arrival and quickly tidying up seats after guests leave, ensuring a comfortable pool experience for every guest. The hotel breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of breads, egg dishes, and international cuisine to satisfy diverse tastes. A special mention goes to the Thai milk tea served at breakfast time – a wonderful way to start the day. This hotel is an excellent choice for your trip to Thailand.
The hotel lobby is elegantly decorated with comfortable sofas and drinks, making it a great place to relax. Christmas decorations adorn almost every corner of the lobby, creating a festive atmosphere. This time, I stayed in a Deluxe room, which was very spacious and luxuriously decorated. The bathroom was enormous and impeccably clean, with elegant stone tiles that felt like stepping into an ancient Roman bath. The bathroom provided high-quality shampoo, shower gel, and lotion, along with all other toiletries. There were four bottles of water in the room, replenished daily, so you don't need to buy water from the supermarket. The room window faces the main road, offering a panoramic view, especially beautiful at night. The hotel is right next to the BTS Ratchathewi station, making transportation convenient and easy to access even without taking a taxi. Special thanks to staff members Praen and Poon; their help made the trip so smooth.

The room was huge! There was even a super-sized bathtub 🛁 I had a very comfortable stay every night! The hotel staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service! Always smiling 🥰 I highly recommend ordering the curly fries from the room menu (make sure to add the white sauce) – they're incredibly delicious! There was also a note I left asking the housekeeping staff to fold an elephant 🐘, and my wish came true! (I haven't taken the tip yet 🥹 – it's an angel!) I will definitely stay here again next time!! The location is also great; just turn right after exiting and you're at the subway station 🚉 – extremely convenient!

This stay was a very pleasant one! The four-person room was spacious and clean, and the hallway could easily fit at least four large suitcases, which was very convenient for families or groups. Given the hot weather in Thailand, we really appreciated the daily supply of bottled water. The complimentary welcome afternoon tea, free apple juice in the lobby, and free late-night snacks added great value. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, the staff were friendly and professional, and the location was very convenient. Excellent value for money—highly recommended, especially for families.

1. Hotel Location: The hotel is located in an alley, but transportation is relatively convenient. It's about a 15-minute walk from Phaya Thai Airport Line station and about a 10-minute walk from Ratchathewi BTS station. The hotel provides a shuttle bus stop, but it only stops nearby, requiring a further walk. The airport line shuttle bus stop involves traversing a gravel road and railway tracks, which can be tiring if you're carrying large luggage. 2. Food: Breakfast and dinner offer a wide variety of dishes, with slight daily changes. The lobby has 24-hour access to drinking water, apple juice, and popcorn. Rooms provide welcome snacks and fruit, as well as a complimentary welcome drink. If your room is cleaned, you'll receive four bottles of water. You definitely won't go hungry at this hotel! 3. Service: Most of the staff are friendly. They even inquired about our return flight time during check-in and helped us extend our check-out time. 4. Thai Costume Experience: I initially thought the hotel's free activity would just be a simple costume change, but the entire activity was surprisingly comprehensive. In addition to the costume change, they also assisted with taking beautiful photos. They were very professional, and I highly recommend everyone try it. Thank you, Som and Nam! 5. Hair dryer: In addition to the wall-mounted hair dryer in the bathroom, the hotel also provides a separate hair dryer on the vanity, so ladies don't need to worry. However, some of the sockets on the vanity in my room were difficult to plug in and easily fell out after using it. 6. Environment: The restaurant seating was a bit cramped, and the environment was generally clean, but I saw insects twice. It would be better if this could be improved. 7. I didn't have a chance to use the complimentary massage or redeem the welcome drink this time. I'll share my experience another time.
The room was very clean, and they even decorated it for my boyfriend's birthday! 💓 The staff, Richard and Ray, were super friendly and chatted with me while I was waiting – so sweet! They even helped me call the airport shuttle at checkout.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Bangkokian. All the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful! Freeze updated our booking information very promptly before our arrival, thank you so much! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient (about 40 minutes from the airport express (ARL)). A special thank you to Simon at the pool bar! He was warm and attentive, and it was a pleasure chatting with him. His excellent service and friendly gestures made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel ;)

The room is clean and bright, and the direct access to the pool from the room is great, but there are design issues. The bed frame is larger than the mattress, and the hallway isn't wide, making it easy to bump into things. There's nowhere to put things near the sink, which is inconvenient for women. Although it's newly renovated, the lights don't have a master switch, so you have to turn them off one by one. There's road construction nearby, which causes a lot of traffic. I once took a taxi to Central World, and it took half an hour. Walking seemed faster... If you're walking from the Airport Express station to the hotel with luggage, crossing the street is a bit troublesome because there are no traffic lights.
The photos look beautiful and are perfect for Instagram. However, the actual experience is a bit different. While the hotel is a clean and new place, ideal for taking pictures, the actual stay wasn't particularly surprising. It's located near the airport MRT station, about a 10-minute walk to Central World and Big C, and a little further to Chit Lom station. I found it acceptable, but if you're traveling with elderly people or children, the daily walking and transfers might be a concern. The room isn't large, and I stayed on the side facing the street, so I could hear cars in the morning. One minor drawback is the bathroom has a full-length transparent glass wall facing outwards, although there's a decorative partition blocking the view from the outside. From certain angles, you can see people passing by while showering, and even people on the airport MRT platform in the distance. I imagine people on the platform wouldn't be able to see you showering, but it still made me feel a little uneasy. There are some small eateries and massage parlors nearby, which I didn't try, but there's a Burmese restaurant with good Google reviews that stays open late. I ate there on my first day and it was pretty good. Surprisingly, they played several Burmese covers of Taiwanese pop songs on a loop (for example, Wang Jie's "Forget You, Forget Me"), and the staff and guests even hummed along, which was quite amusing. The hotel doesn't offer laundry service or washing machines, but there's a map at the front desk that points to a coin-operated laundromat about a ten-minute walk away.

Because of a flight delay, I arrived at the hotel after midnight, and the receptionist wasn't there, so I waited for 10 minutes... The room was fairly large, but the mattress was too soft and the pillows were too high. Plus, being right by the road, it was a bit noisy, and the blinds didn't block out the light very well. All the amenities were provided, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. I stayed on the 4th floor, and luckily the water pressure was consistent. However, I must praise the hotel's location! It's only a 3-minute walk from the Rachapratpo Airport Express station!!! You can see the hotel from the footbridge inside the station, which is perfect for people like us who arrive at BKK airport late at night or might only stay one night and then head to the airport the next day. Plus, the location is actually quite central, so it's not far to go shopping at major malls. There's also a small pink loft in the basement where complimentary coffee and snacks are available from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you don't have particularly high expectations for breakfast, you can easily get by there. Overall, it's a very good hotel!
The staff were very helpful and friendly, excellent service (100% positive review). The lobby and rooms were bright, but there was a slight musty smell when the air conditioning wasn't cold enough. The showerhead water pressure was low, and toiletries (slippers, toothbrush) needed to be obtained from the front desk. The bed and pillows were very soft but clean, and I slept well both nights. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious.

The hotel's decor is simple, and the lobby is very comfortable, but the rooms are smaller than I expected, and there's no elevator. Luckily, the staff will help with your luggage. The breakfast is beautifully presented and tastes quite good. There's a spa downstairs, and hotel guests receive a discount. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and nice.

May 2026 This place was truly amazing! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. The hotel staff were all very friendly, especially THUN and Pop, who were incredibly kind and helpful – a huge plus! Tuk-tuk transfers are available daily until noon, making it very convenient to the BTS station, a great advantage for independent travelers. There are massage parlors (I recommend NIkko) and plenty of delicious restaurants and street food nearby – the area is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bangkok! The only slightly amusing thing was that the swimming pool was directly opposite the main entrance, making it look a bit like a large aquarium. Swimming in it felt a bit like being watched by passersby, haha.

My room was 717. The view from the room door was beautiful, overlooking the park. The receptionist, Thun, was friendly and spoke Chinese. I was worried after seeing negative reviews, but everyone was very kind. The restaurant had 14 menu items to choose from. The buffet was pretty much the same every day, but very plentiful. I was especially happy to have mangoes today! 💕 The only minor drawback was the bathroom sink – you have to be careful with the spray; it's easy to spray water out while washing your hands, and someone lying in bed might get sprayed! What surprised me most was the excellent soundproofing; I couldn't hear anything from the next room! There's a free tuk-tuk service at the front desk to the MRT station where you can register. Just write your nickname and room number. It runs from 10:00 AM to 12:40 PM, but only six people can be in one time slot, so I recommend registering the night before.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days during my trip to Bangkok. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly; I could ask them for anything and they always responded immediately. Due to late check-in and a delayed flight, we arrived quite late, but the owner still personally greeted us – I'm truly grateful! I also want to apologize to them. - Regarding the room, I loved the spaciousness, the clean and comfortable bed and pillows, and the bathtub in the bathroom. They even provided snacks, drinks, and plenty of drinking water for guests. - The coffee shop on the first floor was also a pleasant place; returning to the hotel put me in a good mood. - It's very close to the BTS and convenience stores, just a few minutes' walk away, which is incredibly convenient. - The price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely return if I travel to Thailand again! Thank you! #Fuwen

For this price, the room is incredibly spacious, a great value. The air conditioning is excellent, and the shower water pressure is just right. The room is impeccably clean, practically spotless. The mattress is the perfect firmness, and there are two pillow heights to choose from. There's only one room on each floor, so it's very quiet (except for the noise from cars outside, but even that's not very loud).
