"The room was new and clean. I only found out upon arrival that two nights were sea-view rooms and one night wasn't. However, when booking through Agoda, there were no options; it was all based on luck. I judged by price; the more expensive room type was the sea-view room. This is just my personal opinion, as my Japanese isn't very fluent and communication is limited. Check-in was semi-self-service; there was a computer to enter personal information, and a staff member would assist if needed. My experience after two nights was that they didn't proactively clean the room. For extended stays, towels and water had to be obtained from the staff at the front desk on the first floor. Transportation was convenient; it's an 8-10 minute bus and MRT ride. There are convenience stores, restaurants, Don Quijote, and Lan Ramen nearby. We stayed in a triple room, and even with three 29-inch suitcases, the hallway was still spacious. The shampoo and shower products were quite good. A small mirror in the bathroom was surprisingly thoughtful and practical. The Japanese-style bathrobes were comfortable and practical. Besides the power outlets, there was also a Type-C outlet. Surprisingly, besides the refrigerator, there was a microwave, which is rare in hotels. After check-out, there were many places on the floor to store luggage, which you could lock for peace of mind."

"My stay at The BAND Hotel Fukuoka was a truly relaxing and heartwarming experience. The hotel's convenient location and excellent surrounding amenities make it easy to get to Hakata and Tenjin, as well as conveniently located for public transportation, making it very user-friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a well-planned layout and a simple yet sophisticated design, allowing me to truly unwind every day. The public areas were also kept impeccably clean, demonstrating the hotel's commitment to quality in every detail. I especially want to thank the staff at Makoto for their attentive service. From their warm welcome upon check-in to their proactive attention to my needs and patient assistance with various issues, I felt completely at home. Their professionalism and sincerity made this stay more than just 'a night's stay; it was a memorable experience of being well taken care of. Overall, The BAND Hotel Fukuoka not only provided a comfortable accommodation environment but also enhanced my trip with its thoughtful service. If I ever visit Fukuoka again, this will definitely be my second choice and a hotel I would recommend to my friends."

"The triple room was quite spacious; I almost didn't think I was in Japan (where I've stayed before, there wasn't even room to open my suitcase). It had an IH stove, oven, microwave, and tableware. The kettle boiled water very quickly. The toilet and bathroom were separate, and there was a small balcony with a door leading out. The window faced the river, and the sunrise was beautiful. The light switches were nice, and the two main lights had adjustable brightness, but it took a little time to figure out which switch controlled what. There seemed to be a projector and screen in the small living area, but we didn't use them. Upon arrival, we checked in at the self-service check-in in the lobby on the first floor, but a professional and friendly girl with a Taiwanese accent who spoke Mandarin provided assistance. The room had a combination lock, so it was convenient as it didn't require a card. We could hear people running upstairs, but it was quiet overall. They provide a towel replacement service once for stays of three nights (they didn't clean the room, just replaced bath towels and hand towels, and disposed of the trash). The location was great; it was convenient to walk or call a taxi."
