"The room was clean and comfortable with tatami mats. It didn't feel crowded for two people. The bathroom facilities were also very good and easy to use. There was a bathtub. As an eco-friendly hotel, you need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and toiletries. Towels, shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap were provided. Breakfast was a choice between Japanese and Western options. The location was near Kaminarimon Gate with many shops. It was great that the room had a water dispenser and luggage storage. The latte art at breakfast was beautiful. What puzzled me was that the breakfast staff seemed indifferent and didn't smile. They didn't proactively greet us or ask if we wanted drinks. Even with the air conditioning and heating set to 15 degrees Celsius, the room was still very hot. Overall, it's still a good hotel."

"I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff were very friendly and proactive, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The room was also very clean; you could tell that the sheets and floor were well-maintained, which made me feel very safe. The most convenient thing was the hotel's location. It's just a few minutes' walk from the MRT station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to go out or come back. Their luggage storage service was excellent. After checking out, I left my luggage at the front desk, and I didn't have to worry about it at all when I went out. The staff even helped me carry it, which was really thoughtful."

"Absolutely fantastic! It's only a 3-minute walk from Senso-ji Temple, and there are tons of great restaurants around. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful, making restaurant and taxi reservations. We were so grateful. She speaks Mandarin and English, which was super convenient. The waiter in the evening was also amazing; all the restaurants he recommended were great. It's so hard to leave now. I'll definitely come back next time."
