It's a lovely and very warm hotel in central BangKong. Great location, small but cozy room, served by a group of very warm people. I want to especially thank Plamy; she is very kind and helpful. And really made my day. A great hotel, the room is small but very comfortable, the bed is just the right firmness, and most of the guests are European, making for a very comfortable stay. Best of all, the staff are very helpful, especially Plamy, who always answers all kinds of questions with a smile, making me feel truly at home! Highly recommended!

This was my first time staying at Asai Chinatown. I've almost always stayed at Asai Sathorn before. While Chinatown does have better amenities, Sathorn offers far superior service. You can feel the warmth from the front desk and housekeeping staff, and there's also a pleasant fragrance. Overall, the stay was very pleasant. However, the Chinatown branch, perhaps because it's a larger space, couldn't cater to the individual needs of every guest.

The location is very convenient, only a 5-minute walk from Longlian Temple Station. Yaohua Road, Songwa Road, and the pier are also within walking distance. The room doesn't have toiletries, so you need to bring your own. There are large bath towels but no small towels. The double room with two single beds is really too small; sometimes if you accidentally stretch your legs out, you'll be startled and think you're going to fall off (I'm 165cm tall), not to mention my husband is 180cm! There's also a small carpet in the room that I didn't dare step on, thankfully I brought my own slippers. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.

My friend and I checked in on June 2nd and checked out on June 5th. Since we only speak a little Japanese, we were initially served by a woman at check-in, but later a man (Yudai-san) probably recognized our Chinese and immediately switched to Chinese, rescuing us. His friendly smile left a strong impression, and we really appreciated his service. The fragrance in the lobby was wonderful, but unfortunately, it wasn't for sale, which was a real shame; it might have been another great selling point. The room had a Bluetooth speaker, which was very convenient. There was space under the bed for luggage. The hotel is located in a residential area, which is very quiet, with no issues with soundproofing. There are also three convenience stores nearby. Regarding the train (Gojo Station), if you don't have luggage, I recommend taking Exit 1; if you do, Exit 6 is about an 8-minute walk. Here are some areas I think could be improved or enhanced: 1. The refrigerator in the room has a small actual storage space, making it inconvenient for storage. 2. There are only two clothes racks in the double room, which is definitely not enough; perhaps more could be considered. 3. A capsule coffee machine would be a great addition. —Addendum: On June 5th, the day I checked out, I was struggling with how to carry my luggage up the stairs when a very kind male staff member offered to help me. My luggage was very heavy, and I felt really bad for him. He was such a thoughtful staff member. 👍
