Flour Flour slice, a coffee shop in Chiang Mai, was found by searching on Instagram. Most of the people who shared it were young Thais. The theme of the shooting was quite in line with the "literary and youthful sense". I threw it to Wendy to arrange the itinerary, and ran away excitedly but missed it. The shop’s popular desserts, call me to grasp next time you come to Chiang Mai!
Transportation: How to get to Flour Flour slice coffee shop in Chiang Mai
The coffee shop is located in the northwest of the old town of Chiang Mai, under Nimman Rd., if it is not possible from the newly opened shopping mall One Nimman, it is about 800 meters and 10 minutes away. There is also Tichaa Tearoom by HARNN nearby. Planning a day in the Nimman Road area for shopping, dining, and afternoon tea is absolutely no problem!We use Grab Taxi to call a car to the coffee shop. If you take a Shuangtiao car, you can get off at One Nimman and walk there, or you can rent a motorcycle and use Google Navigation.

Only when I arrived at the scene did I realize that the coffee shop is small, the number of seats is about 10 or so, and it is in a "full" state, leaving only two outdoor locations!After waiting for a while, there is still no room available. How can a family of three rush to let it go? I plan to order the meal first and then come to wait. Fortunately, a table of guests left after waiting outside, and I quickly took the heat-resistant duo (Wendy & Little Burger) enter, so the number of seats is limited and I hope you will be mentally prepared before going.
Flour Flour started with homemade bread and baked goods. What's interesting is that they are amateur chefs who use local ingredients to make "your favorite" bread (in other words, they don’t care about the taste of the market). They slowly extend to breakfast, brunch and The trend of coffee shop operations.I have heard from a friend living in Bangkok that Thais are not used to breakfast with bread, and often street vendors sell meat skewers and glutinous rice. This is different from the eating habits of Taiwanese people. I guess...it’s more satisfying. Right!Opening a bakery is also more difficult.
After some people started sharing, checking in, and reporting, there were two shops, Flour Flour loaf and Flour Flour slice. The former was opened near Chiang Mai University and the latter was in the Nimman Road business district.The shop has a limited daily supply of desserts. Many people shared it on Instagram. When we went there, it was sold out. We switched to another wise fig toast and drink. The aroma of bread is matched with nuts and figs. It tastes refreshing and not greasy.
