The hotel welcome counter is located on the 20th floor. When checking in, you must go to the 20th floor instead of the concierge on the 1st floor. The main public facilities such as all-day restaurants, bars, business centers, fitness centers, indoor swimming pools and saunas are concentrated on the same floor, on the 21st floor.
