We bought a package to go directly to the Lingxiao Pavilion Sky Terrace. The height and viewing angle there are better. It is recommended to go early I used to find a great location to enjoy the night view of Taiping Mountain. I didn’t bring a tripod and just put the camera on the railing for shooting.
