We took a walk to get back to the hotel. We walked through this building. The Tsukiji branch of Charcoal Grill has 30 seats. We were lucky enough to enter before the peak dining time. Wendy originally considered that the small burger was still awake, and was worried that the smell of smoke and the sound of conversation in the roast meat shop would wake up, but in fact, the space is still awake. It's pretty good, and I don't want him to sleep too much, so as not to delay the time to fall asleep at night, let's just let go and enjoy this meal.
ホルモン Yakiniku Specialty Store
"ホルモン" means pig and beef viscera as ingredients, which are eaten by barbecue. The ingredients do not appear in ordinary barbecue restaurants, but there are specialized stores called "ホルモン焼き".Charcoal grilled ホルモンぐう menu will see a variety of related ingredients, we ordered some meat slices and recommended by the store, as a side dish to eat, without fishy smell, but with the aroma of charcoal grilled and oily.
The shop's signature dishes include large intestines, honey-marinated viscera and minced cartilage meat. I thought it would be oily when placed on the carbon stove, but there was no oil spray, but a faint harmonious aroma. After eating it, it tastes crunchy and has a little pickled sweetness. It's quite a meal. Wendy said that she still has a schedule to run, so she didn't give me more, so she had to make up for it after a second visit in the future.
